Tons of activities such as mountain biking, hiking trails at Camelback Mountain, and stroll the Soleri Bridge along the canal. Scottsdale Convention Center and much more just a walk away. After a long day of shopping and sightseeing, take a dip in the nearby gated courtyard pool. Spectacular location, this is a special place!

A clean and cute little space!
I came in for a conference at the Valley Ho hotel and wanted more than just a hotel room. It was only a 5 minute walk to the hotel and to downtown, so perfect. It was super clean and comfortable. The shower dripped a little slow but everything else was great!

Very Homey and great locale
Loved the inside of the rental and location. When we first pulled up I was a little taken back by the exterior and pool but inside is amazing and the location is perfect. I wasn’t clear if I had to park on 2nd or in a space around back that I assumed the numbers were the unit. Well 9 was always taken and I parked in someone’s spot and had a note on my car. The bedrooms don’t get cool like the main living and kitchen. I had fan on and the space cooler and it was hot to sleep at night.

Fantastic location and property
This property was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great location, amenities, and Ryan let us check in early which was very helpful. Coming to az again in August and if I didn’t already book another property, I’d stay here again. Oh and great and easy place to park too.

Best VRBO I've ever stayed in
I owned an operated a vacation rental business in Honolulu from 2000 to 2015 and have stayed at more vacation rentals than I can recall. I can honestly say that this experience surpassed all my expectations. The host was so gracious in accommodating an early arrival for my elderly father, who I brought to visit his family in Scottsdale. Other units for rent in this same area or complex, we are not so gracious despite having a single night vacancy the day before. The end corner location next to the parking and steps to the pool was perfect. Everything about this unit was comfortable and clean. We could not believe how well stocked the kitchen and linens were. I really enjoyed being able to relax at the pool and soak up the warm Arizona sun. The location was also amazing...just steps, to many wonderful restaurants and bars. I will certainly look for this property for any future visits to Scottsdale.

Peaceful getaway
Had a wonderful stay at this property, it was very peaceful and very comfortable especially the beds. Ryan was very accommodating with early check in which was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Arizona .

Adorable spot in perfect old town location
Ryan has an awesome condo that is tucked away and private while still being within walking distance to all the fun Old Town Scottsdale has to offer. He was very responsive, flexible and friendly all around what you’d ask for in a host! I highly recommend this for any groups of 4 or less, possibly 6 but I’m not sure if the couch has a pull out bed. It is spacious and feels very private even though it is a in a community with other condominiums

This is an adorable unit within walking distance of everything you want to do in Old Town Scottsdale. Our host, Ryan, was incredibly helpful and quick with communication. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

Scottsdale condo
The condo was nicely decorated, quiet and very clean. It was well supplied and everything was in good working order. I was a bit disappointed to find the laundry was a shared laundry across the yard and I had some difficulty with the app to pay for the washer and dryer. This could be made more clear in the description. Owner was very responsive to my messages. The condo itself is located in an aging complex that needs some attention. The pool is not heated and was very cold., but seemed well maintained. It is not as close to Old Town as we had hoped and we chose to drive because temp was in the 90s. All in all, it made for a fine home base but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Wonderful stay for over a month. Walking distance to Old Town was a great benefit. Neighbors were first class. Food choices in the area are abundant. Great host. If we ever get back to Scottsdale, this will be our first choice on a place to stay.

Wonderful gem in Scottsdale!
Clean & comfortable place with a fun retro vibe in a nice quiet neighborhood, but close to everything! After we arrived, we never needed our car until it was time to leave. We loved having that cute coffee shop and wine bar right across the street.

WOW - Loved this place!
My wife and I stayed at this beautiful apartment for two nights and wish we had stayed longer. The property is well appointed and beautifully decorated. The host was awesome, giving us restaurant recommendations and suggestions on things to do in the area. The location is perfect for visiting Scottsdale and well within walking/driving distance of Old Town, Civic Center and many shops and restaurants. If we ever visit Scottsdale again, this is where we will stay.

We couldn't have found a better place for us!
This was a last minute stay (so glad it was available) and we were SO impressed! The unit was easy to find, parking was close, check-in was a breeze, and the host was so attentive and helpful. Inside it was as lovely as the pics, was spotless, and very well equipped. Across the street was a coffee shop/wine bistro that made excellent sandwiches and delicious cappuccinos. A short walk to old Town Scottsdale. Really, it was a perfect stay. 10/10

Terrific place to stay!
Lovely little accommodation. Nicely appointed. Very clean and mostly quiet (upstairs neighbors a little loud at night, but just before bedtime). Super close to Old Town and easy neighborhood walks. Ryan was a communicative and accommodating host. Really enjoyable place. High recommendation!

Perfect location, quiet complex, expertly managed
This was such a great choice. Old town Scottsdale charm, walking distance to the favorites. Quick shot to and from the airport, without being in the surrounding airport areas. This place is clean. When I say clean, I mean ready to go clean - none of the usual leftover from a too quick clean. It was the top reason we chose it, location second. The complex is quiet and the other residents appreciate it staying that way - it is almost all full time residents. Go to the Sugarbowl and have ice-cream!
