Room was clean, staff was friendly, and the pool was clean. The only thing that needed to be cleaned was the jacuzzi but I won't make too big a deal about that. Overall I had a pleasant stay and I would come back.

Our bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The room was otherwise clean and toiletries were stocked. There were dozens of bees in a crack in the sidewalk around the pool. We have two members of our family that are allergic to bee stings so we were unable to enjoy the pool

The hallway was not pretty in the entrance & the 1st floor. The elevator door so small & so slow when it opens & closes. Nothing what I expected. The building looked much prettier than the inside. Some very lower class almost homeless people in the hotel compared to the nice area it's in . Felt uncomfortable but had no choice but to stay the 3 nights

Our room knowingly had an odor issue but we were still given that room. They mentioned they had a guy melt wax and they can’t get the smell out. Also that same room had blood on the curtains. They couldn’t move us because they were full but offered us a minimal amount off, we were there for 4 nights. Really, thanks for nothing. You shouldn’t put people in a room that knowingly smells like that.
