This is hands down, by far and away, absolutely no comparison, the WORST short term rental we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve stayed in many. We booked this apartment for five days while work was being done on our house and still needed to take my son to school during the week while we stayed there. When we arrived there was no key in the lock box. The door was unlocked which was very sketchy. We messaged them over and over and they promised to bring us a key before my son had to go to school the next morning so that we could safely lock the door with all our belongings inside. Nobody ever came. We reached out again and again and no one actually showed up until after 11:00 AM and my son had to miss the morning at school. In addition, there was only one lightbulb in the apartment for four lamps. The air-conditioning did not work in the master bedroom, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. When we opened the dishwasher on the second morning it filled with water on the bottom and smelled disgusting. We notified them of this and nobody came to do anything. There were no mugs no can opener no cutting board, and by the third morning the apartment smelled so awful because of the static stale water that was several inches high in the bottom of the dishwasher that we knew mold and mildew must be starting to grow there. We ended up leaving.I highly recommend you find any other solution than staying at this place.
