FREE FOR A LIMITED TIME – Complimentary Pool Heat

Enjoy pool heat at no additional cost for a limited time. The spa is always on and heated for your enjoyment. Pool heating (natural gas) is typically $75 per night or $400 per week, but this fee is being fully waived for all reservations booked through March 31. Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool is heated and ready at check-in.



All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Zero Tolerance for Parties & Events

We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances seriously, and violations may result in fines, immediate removal from the property, and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund.



Safety & Monitoring

For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance only and is used solely to monitor occupancy and emergencies. There are no interior cameras or recording devices on the property.

The home is also equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system, which measures decibel levels only and does not record audio or conversations, ensuring both privacy and neighborhood peace.



Pet Policy

Dogs are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found on the property without prior authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will apply.



A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available upon request.
