Welcome to our "Desert Day Off" Getaway home in Scottsdale! This home is located in the heart of North Scottsdale, just an 8 minute drive from Desert Ridge, Kierland Commons, and TPC Scottsdale. 10 miles from historic Old Town Scottsdale. Whether you're in town for business, visiting for golf and site seeing, or just need a staycation, our home will welcome you!

When you enter the front, you're greeted to a large open floor plan and a foyer with a bar cart and relaxation area. The office den has a full size desk with a desk chair, monitor, keyboard and mouse in case any work needs to be done. The dining room features an 8 foot long table that's perfect for a large gatherings. In the kitchen you'll find new appliances and beautiful white granite counter tops. The entertainment room boasts a billiards table, large seating area around the TV, and 270 degree windows facing the backyard! The three bedrooms are down the hall and detached from the entertainment family rooms which allow for privacy and quite. You'll enjoy a guest bedroom with it's own TV, a second larger twin bedroom, and a bathroom with updated finishes. The master suite can also be found boasting a walk in closet, vanity with mirror, spacious master bathroom, and backyard access. Out in the backyard you'll enjoy almost a half acre of space!!! A large pool with picturesque palm trees, pool side recliners, a barbeque and a large turf area with cornhole. Our home is stocked with everything you'll need so bring your friends and family and enjoy it!

Guest Access:
Guests will be provided an entry code that will remain for the entirety of the stay. We just ask that the two side gates are kept closed at all time, and the garage should remain locked.
