The space

Kitchen: Ready for culinary adventures? This kitchen's got it all! Packed with modern appliances, dual dishwashers, and a spacious countertop.

Kids Zone: Calling all young adventurers and creatives! Bursting with crayons, coloring books and a chalkboard table, it's an art haven! With a cozy reading nook, playful cowboy hats, and a towering mountain-themed climbing wall, kids dive into endless fun and imagination.

BEDROOMS

Gallery Room: Indulge in the artistic flair of the primary bedroom showcasing a captivating gallery wall of diverse pictures, paired with an ensuite bathroom boasting a luxurious separate bath positioned in front of an electric fireplace, and an expansive shower, providing a regal stay for guests in the king-size bed.

Horse Room: Experience a subtle equestrian charm in the second primary bedroom, featuring a king-size bed and gentle horse-themed elements mingled within, offering a calming retreat complemented by its private bathroom.

Entire Property

HEATED POOL:
Pool heating will be an additional charge of $50/day (minimum 2 days) or $300/week with minimum 2 days notice. This will be charged separately and must be paid prior to accessing the property.

Other things to note
Note: We have a pool maintenance team that comes by every Wednesday morning, sometime between 8-11am. They will access the backyard through the house side gate. Please allow them to perform their routine maintenance when they arrive.

We have a lawn maintenance individual who comes during the week as well. There isn't a set day he comes but will be there for an hour or two just cleaning up the gardens, and leaves / fallen brush in the back yard.

Garbage Days are on Wednesdays if you would like to bring the bins out during an extended stay that would be greatly appreciated.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through a third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
