Our family-friendly Desert Retreat is the perfect vacation or staycation spot in the Valley of the Sun! This 4BR/2BA North Phoenix/Scottsdale home sleeps 8 and features an open floor plan, Arizona-inspired décor, and a beautiful new heated pool with a spacious covered patio. Conveniently located near the 101 & 51, with easy access to the MIM, Mayo Clinic, golf, shopping, and dining.

The Space:
The updated and modern house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The floor plan is open, spacious and great for spending time with family, friends and loved ones.

The property is centrally located and minutes from Scottsdale. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful for taking a nightly walk.

Relax in the cozy living room, read a book or watch a movie on the 65 inch Smart TV. The living room has ample and comfy seating, family games and kids and adult books.

Enjoy your meals next to the charming fireplace (decorative only) in the dining room. Seating for 6 guests to enjoy meals at the table. Additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.

The updated kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances including a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster oven . Ample dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, crock pot, blender and baking sheets are provided for guest use.

The Main Bedroom has a comfortable king bed, walk-in closet, wall-mounted TV, dedicated work desk with chair and lamp, ceiling fan, and great lighting. There is an attached ensuite bathroom with a full-sized shower stall, abundant counter space, hairdryer and good lighting.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have queen beds, ceiling fans, bedroom closets, and ample lighting. Bedroom 3 has a Smart TV for watching movies and relaxing.

Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds, a dresser, TV, closet, ceiling fan and ample lighting.

The hall Bathroom has a shower over tub with a shower curtain, generous counter space, hairdryer and fan.

Enjoy our pool or relax on a lounge chair and catch some rays. The pool has a Baja shelf for sunning and relaxing and is 5 feet deep at the other end. Fun for all! The pool is heated and will be an additional $40 per day. If guests do not want the pool heated, no additional charges will be incurred.


Pull up a chair and have dinner with family and friends on the patio. Watch the sunset while relaxing on the patio or in the backyard. Arizona has stunning sunsets!

Please note the pool is not fenced. Adults must be present at all times when children under the age of 18 are in the backyard or in the pool. The back door from the house to the backyard is self-closing.

Additional Amenities ~ central heat and A/C, washer and dryer, laundry soap and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, family games, pack-n-play, high chair, pool toys, and high speed internet for all of your streaming needs or work from home zoom meetings.

Recording/monitoring device cameras on the property in the front of the house which monitors the front door and one on the back patio that monitors the pool and back yard. They record motion, audio, and video 24/7. Our cameras are for the protection of our home. If tampered with, guests will be asked to vacate the property without refund of stay.

Please note ~ This is a NON-SMOKING property. We do not allow smoking or vaping inside or outside of the house.

Cleaning ~ we are using up-to-date cleaning protocols as recommended by the CDC and AirBnB. All surfaces of the house are sanitized, linens sanitized, and extra cleaning products are on hand for the guests.

Guest Access:
Guests are able to park in the driveway or in the garage. Keyless entry for the front door.

The Neighborhood:
Many popular stores are nearby including Walmart, Home Depot, Petco, Starbucks, Bank of America, Crumbl cookies, Wells Fargo, Salad and Go, Mc Donald's, Fry's Grocery Store and many more!

Other Things to Note:
Please note ~ the pool is able to be heated by a heat pump. Please be aware that due to cold overnight and or cold daytime temps, the heat pump is only able to raise the pool water temp approx. 30 degrees. For example if the over night temp is 40 degrees, the water temp will also be 40 degrees. The heat pump would only be able to heat the water to approx. 70 degrees. Most guest find 86 degrees to be ideal for swimming. If a guest chooses to heat the pool during times when the nightly temp is below 55 to 60 degrees, and the temp of the pool water doesn't reach a desired temp during the day (85-86 degrees), no refund of the pool heat fee will be given. Please send a message with any questions regarding pool heat. Thank you.

Additional rules
Please make sure you take time to review our house rules before booking your stay, breaking these rules could result in additional fees.

-Primary guests ~ we prefer the primary booking guest to be 25 years or over and be at the property for the duration of the stay. Maximum overnight guests is 8 and daytime guests is 12. Day time guests need the hosts prior approval prior to arrival.

-No parties, events or large gatherings allowed. No unregistered guests allowed at the property, any guests of the registered guests will need prior approval from the property host. A $250 per person charge will be accessed for any unregistered guest on the property.

-No smoking/vaping or drugs allowed inside or anywhere on the property. A $500 fee will be assessed if guests are smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

-No pets allowed on the property.

-Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.

-Swimming is at your own risk, we are not liable for any incidents that may happen in regards to the pool. There is no pool fence, minor children must be supervised at all times whilst in the pool and in the backyard. The back door leads directly into the back yard and must never be propped open for any reason.

-There is an additional $60 cleaning fee for stay over 14 nights. I will send a separate request via the Airbnb resolution center for the additional cleaning fee.

-The property has an Ecobee connected thermostat. Please note that guests are given a temperature range in which they can adjust the temperature up or down. Tampering with or disconnecting the thermostat will result in the immediate termination of the stay. Likewise, tampering with or disconnecting the router, network equipment, connected door lock, external cameras, ect will also result in the immediate termination of the stay.

Guests are welcome to adjust the temperature within a comfortable range. Please note the AC/heat pump unit is able to be lowered to 72°F for air conditioning and raised to 78°F for heating. Please message prior to booking if you have any questions about the range. Thank you.

-We have Ring Doorbell/security camera located next to the front door. it monitors the front door. We have a security camera on the outside rear of the house that monitors the backyard, pool and pool equipment. The cameras record sound and video 24/7. They are for the safety and security of the house and while guests are on the property. No tampering with or disabling any of the security cameras, WIFI or pool equipment, this may result in termination of the reservation without refund.

Unauthorized party ~ $1,000
Unauthorized pet ~ $300 per pet
Tampering with security cameras/devices ~ reservation terminated with no refund and $500 fee
Parking on properties landscaping or in the yard ~ $300 per vehicle
Tampering with pool equipment (pool pump or heater) ~ $50 and charge from pool company
Smoking inside property ~ $500
Extra cleaning ~ $60 per hour

Please Note: We are not responsible for items left behind at the property. If a guest forgets something, they will be responsible for a $30 handling fee (for our time) plus the cost of shipping to return the item. Thank you for your understanding.
