The home met our expectations. We spent the majority of our time in the outdoor areas. Kitchen was adequate but some appliances could be upgraded. Having walk in showers was a plus, however, bedrooms did not have TVs. We enjoyed our stay!

Plenty of room and beautiful home plenty of privacy and parking. Home needs some attention: pool was murky the first 2 days we used the house and mosquitoes were terrible around hot tub and grass area, we did not utilize the hot tub or sport court much because of the mosquitoes. The freezer was leaking had to turn off ice maker so it would not leak. I wish there was a table outside to eat at and outside chairs were more comfortable they are cute but not practical to sit in. The patio was covered in bird crap so we hosed off before use. There was no salt in the water softener tank. The wine fridge was not operating correctly, we had to fix as well as other little things like wobbly dining chair legs and bar stools. The main tv was not working properly. When I reached out to property managers through Avant they stated that you didn’t need Roku remote for it but it still would not work. We found extra Roku remote in main bedroom the next evening and that was the missing remote. Maybe put labels on remotes for correct tvs. As silly as it sounds it was a big bummer to start off our stay because we were celebrating my dads 90th and he wanted to watch PGA tour and we had special video to show my dad for his birthday. The house itself is so comfortable. big and beautiful just needs some easy fixes and attention. Thank you!!!
