Splended and relaxing

Pictures of the home are accurate. Everything is as advertised. Appreciate the effort to make the backyard living area spectacular. Beds and couches were comfortable. Pool was relaxing. Nice neighborhood that was quiet.

Horrible communication

When we got to the spot the wifi completely stopped working, no one could get any wifi and we used their rebooting steps and nothing worked. I was told if it was the router issue that we would have to wait until after the weekend for a repair but we were only staying for the weekend so we had no wifi the whole weekend and no help for any of that issue. Also some towels came dirty when we arrived to the spot.
