Stunning Vacation Rental
This was such an extraordinary rental property. The pictures do not do this place justice. I visited Phoenix for graduation and my family and I were able to stay comfortably in the home. We loved the back patio to relax and the beds were amazing for resting. The home is a short walk to downtown and a short drive to many places. 10/10 I would definitely recommend. Highly impressed with the property and host.

Well Appointed and Fabulous Location
Great house in a super convenient location. This was a business stay. We came to town for a conference at the Phoenix Convention Center. It was a short walk to the convention center and the surrounding entertainment district nearby. The small touches made this stay exceptional. They thought of everything from snacks to ample coffee to water bottles (a must in Phoenix). Communication was perfect. I highly, highly recommend this home.

Fantastic Houde
After some time in Sedona we wanted to make a visit to the Musical Instrument Museum & catch a Cubs vs Diamond Backs game at Chase Field. before we headed back east. We found this incredible, spacious, well appointed house with huge outdoor space just 4 blocks from Chase Field. Will definitely return next time in Phoenix!

Great stay
My friends and I stayed here for a conference at the Convention Center. Location was beyond perfect. We were all very comfortable and were happy to have the backyard to relax in after a long day of lectures. Neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. I would stay here again if I come back to the area.

Great Place for Families
Spacious home which comfortably fit a family of adults visiting the Phoenix area. Easy access to highways and walking distance to downtown and the Dbacks stadium. Great patio for relaxing outdoors.

Visit to a conference at the convention center
This is a lovely house, we really enjoyed having a real kitchen and space to spread out in during the convention. Our only issue was that it didn't feel safe at night to walk back from the convention - we did Lyft and Uber and that was cheap and easy.

Great house close to downtown Phoenix. Easy to drive to from airport. We had an event at the Convention Center and this house is within walking distance of downtown area. House was very nice and well-kept. Host provided a few snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Great property and I would highly recommend!

Lovely! Super convenient to walk to Chase Stadium
Fantastic house for our family with an easy walk to Chase Stadium & Heritage Square. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable beds and lots of thoughtful amenities. Well equipped kitchen with both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig (with pods). Nice to be able to park our car in the garage.

House is gorgeous and very large for a downtown home. We were absoloutly shocked at the size of the back yard, especially for the middle of downtown PHX! Owners were very thoughtful leaving out all we might need including some amenities in the kitchen. We even found a pack n play and baby chair in case we needed it. Lighting was a bit tricky to figure out at first but we got it, so many switches on the wall! Overall we loved our visit there, my mother was recording the house and size because she wants a house like this! Needless to say we all enjoyed our time here. Thank you!

Best weekend away
Myself, my husband, and four of our friends rented the property from Saturday to Monday to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers at State Farm Stadium and had the BEST experience. The home was spacious and comfy, the restrooms were well stocked, as well as the kitchen and anything else needed. We will absolutely be back!

The pictures do not do this house justice! The owners responded very quickly whenever I needed to reach out (hardly ever). The house was stocked with sparkling water, coffee, creamer and even fruit. The house was very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay at this house again.

I was in Phoenix for the Super Bowl and we were looking for a place near downtown. This place was very nice and with plenty of room for the 4 adults. The back patio was great and with a wall surrounding the property it was very private. It was a relatively short walk to the downtown. Great setup.

Walking distance to downtown and very comfortable
Our family of five stayed three nights and found the house lovely, spacious, and very comfortable. There's a ping pong table in the garage that the kids enjoyed nonstop! The hosts were very responsive and extremely welcoming! They left drinks in the fridge and plenty of coffee, tea, and even hot cocoa for us to enjoy! The only reason I'm rating the house four stars is that there was no bathroom door in the en-suite bedroom (it was in the garage) and we weren't made aware of this during the booking process. I recommend you ask if it's fixed before renting as otherwise you don't really have two bathrooms...

Great location for a family stay
It was very easy to check in, and the house was exactly as described. It was immaculate. Linens, towels and furnishings were are very nice. Selection of breakfast drinks and drinks in the fridge were very welcome. Great place to spend time with family. The location was convenient to downtown with easy access to highways. I’d happily stay again.
