Dirty!
I would not recommend this property. It states that it sleeps 8, and it does, however there is a small sitting room that only seats 4, dining table that seats 4 (and the glass top is NOT attached to the base so be careful). Beds were un-made when we arrived with linens in the wash machine. No additional blankets except for those on the bed either. We found our dishes were put away with food still on them and the silverware tray and drawers were littered with food crumbs and dried condiments. Barely enough toilet paper for eight residents and the tissue box had folded up paper napkins instead of tissues. Overall just disappointed as it was a nice location next to the community pool.

The townhome does sleep eight guests comfortably and an explanation of the sleeping arrangement can be verified on the listing. - As is standard in the vacation rental industry, the owner provides a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials for guest use. - While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own. We were disappointed to discover that you had damaged the front door by dismantling and disconnecting the security system. It required many hours to restore it for the following guest. We truly go above and beyond and we are confident that future guests will have excellent experiences at our property.

Guys Trip
Me and a few buddies stayed here to Golf and see Spring Training games. House is located just a few miles away from very good golf courses and about 7 baseball facilities. Had all the amenities we needed. Next time we'll plan our trip a little thinner to enjoy the pool and recreation areas.

Hoped for more
While it was roomie and comfortable, we could not get beyond the filthiness of the carpet. We are folks that remove our shoes indoors and all we could see and feel was dirt in the carpet especially up the stairs. Nothing fancy about this house. Very basic and dated decor. The lichen was not stocked with adequate bowls for mixing or storage. Better knives and pans would be helpful. It’s in a not so desirable neighborhood but the gated community felt safe. The pools were refreshing in the 100 plus temperatures. If things were corrected we may recommend or stay again. This property could be so much more. The fees paid that are not refundable and assumed are very frustrating too.

This property had everything we wanted! Nice town house with a great pool and everything we needed close by! The townhouse itself could have been a little cleaner.

Great time!
We had a great time here. The property was very spacious and clean. Lots of bathrooms for all the kids, lol. And we were just across the street from the pool, which was also clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

Unable to locate the tennis courts.. it was listed as an amenity but we didn’t know if they were unavailable due to covid. Otherwise it was perfect!

Great location, nice property manager, but property not clean
We chose this rental because of its location and because the outside of the property looked great. And indeed, the property turned out to be a good location for our needs and the complex as a whole is lovely. However, the unit itself was extremely dirty. We checked in quite late the first night; I just wanted to go to bed. However, the bathrooms were filthy; I ended up pulling out plastic gloves and Clorox to scrub dirty showers and tubs. I even had to cut hair out of shower drain! Moreover, there were partially used shampoo bottles in all of the bathrooms; kind of gross. The location was great, and the price was right; but a lower price shouldn't mean lower cleaning standards (the carpet needs to be cleaned; the whole unit needs a deep cleaning!). Although the manager was responsive when I called him in the morning, he indicated he'd previously heard this concern and blamed the cleaning company.

4 bedroom condo just right for a 4 some. Turn off into property not very well marked, but findable. Lots of units in the complex, so plan on driving around in the dark for awhile to find it.

Entire Home in dire need of a thorough cleaning!
Management company very disconnected prior to arrival - unaware of property cancellation policies, unaware if pool, club house and weight room were open and available, required several email attempts to get a response. Upon arrival, however, our assigned agent was very attentive, responsive, and receptive to concerning feedback we were sharing. Floors were absolutely filthy - our socks were BLACK from the filth!! Carpet was dingy with several large stains. Significant stains (large juice stains, food stains, and dried blood) on 3 of the 4 bedroom comforters! Two of the beds were VERY uncomfortable. Dining chairs dirty and unstable. Extremely small LR gathering space. Key fob not activated to pool/weight room, but resolved. Fortunately the pool amentities were resort-like amazing and the weather allowed for mostly outdoor gatherings during our stay. Gated community allowed for morning walks without safety concerns. This home needs serious TLC before we would consider returning.

Decent but dirty
Floors and carpets were very dirty. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and hard. The house is smaller than appears in photos. Other than that the property manager was great and responsive. Location is great.

Spacious bedrooms
The number of bedrooms was great, but a couple of the beds were not at all comfortable. The community amenities were not open due to both pool repairs and Covid. The townhouse really needs a good cleaning.

Great for families!
We had two families staying here for Spring Training and it was perfect! So much room for us to all have our own space, including separate bathrooms. Rooms nice and big. Two heated swimming pools and hot tubs directly across the small quiet street. Large washer and dryer in the unit. King size beds are the only way this property could be improved, but that was clearly listed on the description page. We will definitely look to return!

Beautiful new townhouse that accommodated our group of 7 perfectly.
The property was very nice and our group of 7 girls really enjoyed ourselves. Location is good and you are right across the street from the pool. I would say the only downfall was that it was very new and lacked a few necessities to make it absolutely perfect. First most the bedrooms were missing hangers and any kind of dresser which leaves you living out of your suitcase. Second the kitchen was missing glassware, a toaster and blender. There was only 3 wine glasses and the rest was plastic glassware. Great for kids, not so much for adults. Lastly I want to thank Sunny for helping us out when we accidentally locked ourselves out.. Oops! The townhouse was lovely and would consider renting it again.

It was a beautiful complex ,for the most part it was top notch !
The townhome was very nice , the complex awesome , but some of the amenities not top notch ! The master bedroom on lower levels bed not the best moved to an upstairs room , basically no hangers to hang our clothes or dresser to put our clothes , we had to go buy hangers . Thx towels left lint all over you . No knives to cut anything , no toaster for breakfast. So we had to do some shopping so we could use the kitchen to it’s full potential ! The rugs in the bathrooms were not good ! And to top it off our daughter found a scorpion in her shower the last night we were there!! None of this would make. Me give this property a thumbs down cause we. Really liked it there ! It just needs a few upgrades for the money we spent !
