House was amazing perfect location heated pool and hot tub was awesome in January. Great view of the lake. Furniture in living could be updated couch is pretty worn but definitely not a deal breaker. Will definitely stay there again next time we are in town.

Amazing AZ Vacation Home

Mother’s Day Family Getaway

Great experience for our family! Plenty of space for all of us to relax and enjoy. They provide kayaks and bikes to ride around the neighborhood, that was great. We were only provided one roll of paper towels and two trash bags for our four day weekend stay, we quickly needed more. The travel agency quickly followed up and brought us what we needed the next morning! Great rental, look forward to staying again next time we are in the area.

Wonderful and beautiful property

This house is beautiful and well furnished, it had everything we needed, and more to have a great stay. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious in a great neighborhood. The lake view was beautiful at sunset. The pool was cool and refreshing even on the 108 degree days we experienced. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

Will definitely rent this home again. We took our children and grandchildren here For a family Vacation. and enjoyed every single minute of it. The house and all the amenities were perfect. Summer vacay in AZ

The house was beautiful, even better than shown in the pictures. It was the perfect size for two families of 5. We spent much of our time in the backyard enjoying the pool, putting green, kayaks, and fishing. Since we were there in the summer the misters on the patio were a major plus. The communication with the management company was great. I would definitely stay here again!

property manager very easy to work with. so much there to enjoy: 2 kayaks w/ life vests, little golf area, pool, hot tub, dock where it was so lovely to sit in the early morning for sunrise and afternoon for sunset. kids had a blast. lots of space, lots of plates. ;-). BBQ worked great.

Comfortable and Well Appointed Property

We are a group of 8 Adult Canadians that take a Phoenix vacation annually. The homes we rent for our trip have to provide more luxurious amenities. The Val Vista home was everything we hoped it to be. Comfortable, well appointed and on the water. We appreciated the kitchen and all that was provided. There were Kayak's, pool floaties and many other items in the garage available for everyone. The house maintained a nice temperature throughout our stay. The pool heat was comfortable. The tables were set like a high end restaurant, but we preferred to eat outside each meal. The BBQ and outside bar area were fantastic and well used by our group. There was always hot water available and we appreciated the laundry very much. The Val Vista home is located in a very nice area of Gilbert and as we explored the area, we found everyone friendly and relaxed. Overall a great home on the water for a relaxing vacation. Thank you for renting your home to us for our exceptional vacation.
