Relaxing Spring Break

This rental was perfect for our family. The location is very near trailheads with great medium difficulty hikes for my 10 year old. And everyone loved relaxing at the house afterwards. The children really enjoyed the pool.

We shared this place with another couple. We found it to be clean, well equipped and a delightful yard and pool area. What a great place to stay and Rick was a great host as well. I'm sure we'll be back.

Superstition Mountain Getaway

Great place for our one week stay for two couples. Fabulous outdoor living area in backyard with all you could possibly want. Highly recommend this place for a stay in the Superstition Mountain area. Rick was a fabulous host!

The view from the backyard can’t be beat! A little trouble with the grill, which Rick resolved the very next day by dropping off his personal grill. It was a wonderful vacation and our grandchildren enjoyed the pool.

The property was as described in the detailed listing. The views were spectacular from the upstairs deck and the backyard itself. This is a beautiful property. There is a detailed book that will help you with any questions that you may have during your stay. Rick came to the house to introduce himself and also asked if we had any questions. Beautiful setting

The house had beautiful mountain views. The backyard in the pictures is what sold us and seeing it in person was even better! The only thing you might need to be mindful of is the grill. We found it a little challenging to light and regulate. Overall it was excellent and we enjoyed our stay very much. Rick was a great host- thanks Rick!!

Beautiful home with an amazing view!!

My husband and I had an amazing stay! The backyard is an oasis with spectacular views!! The house was very clean, spacious and well stocked with all the necessities. The home was as described and Rick was a pleasure to deal with. The home was well appointed, clean and was everything we expected. The backyard was an oasis that we shared daily with quail and doves coming in to get a drink from the pool :). Even had a bobcat go past the gate - no threat, just an exciting and quick experience. Would recommend to potential visitors.

Amazing!

This was the perfect location for a relaxing girls (long) weekend! The backyard was so amazing we barely left- great pool, covered patio, hot tub and the views are just amazing! The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels etc… and very clean. Beds are comfortable and plenty of space. We didn’t have kids with us, but the safety mechanism on the sliding door to the back was a great feature! Rick was a a great host and did everything he could to make sure our stay went smoothly- thanks!

Backyard is a great space!

We enjoyed the house and especially back yard area with pool....hot tub and 2 fireplaces with many lounging spots. Hot tub was a little dated and could use some updates and well as a few loose bricks in the backyard around hottub and pool area. House was very clean upon arrival but didnt have dish soap for hand washing dishes or any body wash/shampoo for the showers.

Gold Canyon trip

Visiting family in the area and this was a great location for us. The neighborhood was very nice and quite. Loved the back yard, used the pool and patio for relaxing. The backdrop of the mountains was awesome. Rick was very easy to work with and very helpful! I did chat with him about the grill because we did have some challenges with lighting it but we’re able to get it to work and enjoy our meal. The only other item is it may be time to replace the carpet upstairs but other then that the rest of the property was very nice and a great size for a larger group. I will definitely look at staying again when we head back out this next winter.

Home away from home

Property was beautiful and just as it was pictured. The Superstition Mountain view from the oasis back yard was breath taking. The house was very spacious, clean, and had a very quiet neighborhood. Location was close to Phoenix so lots to do without having to drive long distances & only 30 minutes from Sky Harbor Phoenix airport. Check-in was easy. The Gold Stallion restaurant & De La Cruz Mexican Grille were just a few miles away. Very good food & service. There is also a local grocery store just down the street. Rick was easy to get ahold of and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and we thank Rick for sharing his lovely home with us.
