The City of Phoenix takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines and the removal of this listing from the various platforms. This doesn't mean you can't enjoy this space with large groups, it just means you need to respect the neighbors and quiet hours.
Street Parking in front of the neighbors property is NOT allowed.

Please note that the host is not responsible for any lost or left-behind items during your stay. However, if our Housekeeping team is able to locate an item that has been left behind, we will gladly return it to you upon receipt of a $65 fee.
