This beautiful re-decorated home is 3 BR 3 BA townhouse is in the best location in the Phoenix area. Perfect for your warm family getaway from the cold. 10 minutes from the airport and all the best new restaurants 5 minutes from ASU and Whole Foods, 10 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. Kitchen features stainless steel kitchen appliances (fridge, dishwasher, oven, and microwave), premium quartz countertops w/backsplash, white cabinetry, 13.5 foot ceilings, and extra large windows. Beautiful outside space. Harwood floors. Carpeting in the bedrooms. Two car garage with epoxy coating. End unit, so only shares one wall. 1 mile to Mill Ave's bar/restaurant scene, ASU, and Tempe town lake. Pool and Jacuzzi for community use.

Beautiful Condo in Perfect Location

Nicely updated, private, minutes to ASU and Sky Harbor. Many nearby restaurants. Great kitchen. Each bedroom has bathroom access. Be aware there are 3 levels with stairs, so if stairs are an issue, probably not for you.

Air mattress would not hold air, no hair dryer as listed, no iron - only ironing board, 4 towels - 5 quests, internet but no satellite/cable. Overall nice place, but important daily essentials missing for 5 adult travelers.

Business trip

The group was very happy with the place. The patio offered a nice relaxing atmosphere and the hot tub is perfect for a after work wind down. We would stay here again for sure.
