Located in gorgeous gated Alta Mesa Resort community, with it's own one car garage. Ground level located right across from the luxurious heated pool, heated spa, clubhouse, fitness center & golf course. Convenient location; minutes from the US-60 and the 202. 25 minutes to the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. Close to many restaurants, Spring baseball Training , Waste Management Golf Tournament and Gila Arena Coyote Hockey. Beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops. Cozy private patio with propane BBQ. 35 minutes to Sky Harbor or Mesa Gateway airports. Close to Mayo Clinic.

Great location for work and play

This was a great property for me. I worked over at Falcon field which is just a few minutes away while I stayed here. On my days off I had enough room for the family to join me at the property. Good pool and fitness room. Clean property with everything I needed. Great place to stay!

Location of property is excellent, it is close to the 202 freeway, as well as Walmart and Fry's are within a 5 minute drive. Valerie was very good at communicating with us before and during our stay. The property requires a thorough clean. You need to bring all your own supplies such as papertowel, toilet paper, soaps, garbage bags and condiments. The condo worked very well for us, our son and daughter stayed with us for a few days and there was lots of room. Overall it worked well for us.

Wonderful host and property

We have really enjoyed staying here and Valerie has been a great host and very attentive to anything we needed. The condo is very convenient to stores and freeways. There is some noise from neighbors above but not horrible.

Great place to stay!

This condo is directly across from the community pool and exercise room. It has two master suites and a third bedroom next to the main master. The master suites are at opposite ends of the condo, so are very private. The kitchen is well supplied and the garage is a bonus. This is a main level condo with a second condo above. You do get some noise coming through the ceiling, but it wasn't a problem. The gas grill on the patio works well and all kitchen appliances are in good condition. Both the air conditioner and furnace worked well. The condo is in a private gated community with a park next door and walking distance to a grocery store and a Kohl's. There is also a good local restaurant between the grocery store and Kohl's - great for breakfast or lunch. You're also within walking distance of a Dairy Queen, Arby's and Applebee's. This is a great condo in a great location!
