The staff was excellent. The things I didn't like I'm not sure if they could have any control over. A monsoon came through and brought out all these little black Beatles that infested the area, including in the room. This was a deal breaker for me and my family, the staff was very understanding move me rooms which did not help. I eventually checked out and they gave me a refund For the unused days that I left early.

Very nice if staying for 1 or 2 nights, not a week

For the price, it's a really great place to stay if only for a night or 2. We stayed for a week though and our room was never made up despite placing the provided door hanger outside that read "please make up this room." We had to ask for a fresh set of towels after using the same ones for several days. The hot tub was not hot at all and was very disappointing. The pool had leaves and other plant debris so I didn't want to get in.

Upon arrival I was told hotel had new owners they ask me to paid again the hotel and called Expedia for refund 😡 thank God I had money to paid again the hotel. Never saw the continental breakfast offer plus Pool was dirty.

Loved the place, was unaware of the office hour changed so that was a slight problem for us for just one night. Also had to move rooms because when the shower was used it flooded the bathroom in the lobby but other than that everything was great and staff was awesome!

We were very comfortable at the Bixby. Very friendly help, clean room and nice pool. I would definitely stay again but it has new owner now and may convert to apartments.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly. Housekeeping was fantastic. We stayed Sun - sat. They came to clean our room and change our bedding and towels as well as clean up twice. Did an great job

Affordable Scottsdale Experience

Great experience located in a slightly underwhelming area, i.e.; adult entertainment nearby. Otherwise, I loved the size of the room. Very spacious and had a couch and two tvs for separation. It had a big fridge and great wardrobe and bathroom cabinets and drawers for settling in a little. I most liked the convenience of being within 10 minutes of Camelback Mountain, the Airport, Scottsdale Quarter, Old Town Scottsdale, ASU/Mill Ave. and easy access to the freeways to get to other things further away!
