Welcome to Ivory II, an AvantStay home!

Located across the street from a newly opened city civic park, take in the picturesque palm tree views and year-round blue skies from the expansive sun-drenched upper deck of this gorgeous Scottsdale home. A short walk to upscale eateries, buzzing nightlife, and high-end boutiques in the lively Old Town means you'll never be short on fun! The interior of this oasis boasts high ceilings, sleek finishes, and large windows that allow the light to shine bright on this dream getaway. After a day of play, get creative in the modern chef's kitchen, catch a game on the flat-screen TV from the plush sofas, or retire your spacious bedroom for some well-deserved r&r.

Home Truths:
- This unit is located on top of a commercial office space.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- The maximum occupancy for this property is not to exceed a family size of six adults and their related dependent children.
- This property is located near the intersection of Indian School Road, a busier street.

Parking Details:
- Exclusive on-site carport parking for 2 cars on the right side of the building with AvantStay signage.
- Street parking is also allowed in front of the building.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

The condo was in a perfect location!! Very walkable to old town, restaurants and ball park! There was a great patio with a nice view of the sunset! There was lots of space with all the bedrooms and the kitchen was very well equipped and spacious! It was near the fire station so a few sirens off and on! Overall a great condo ! We definitely enjoyed our stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay near the Civic Center Mall and sold Town Scottsdale. Plenty of room and a wonderful west facing deck. Visitors should be aware that it is on the second floor of a commercial building and there is no elevator access.

Ivory II is clean and spacious with a beautiful kitchen and a fantastic southern facing patio on the second floor with a clean Weber grill. The only downside is no washer dryer for longer stays.
