Wonderful location

Great location! Clean and quiet!

Great location near everything. It was very clean and well equipped for our two-week stay. A quiet complex. Lovely! The 26 steps up and down to get into unit was very difficult to manage- luggage, groceries and every day life- and, had we known, we wouldn’t have rented there. That was the only drawback. If that doesn’t bother you, this is a great find.

Location was perfect! Condo needs updating and maintenance. Example: masking tape over door jams and covering holes in the walls. Carpet very worn. Disappointed in outdoor seating area at condo. Pool area was great.

Kierland visit

Great location and nice access to pool. Hot tub was not working however. The amenities are good, however the home is very dated and the carpeting was quite dirty and kitchen table was old with uncomfortable chairs. Everything else was as stated. There are stairs to access home, however this was indicated and not a show stopper.

If host is ITRIP they were wonderful. Condo needs runner removed from stairs, pot and pans unuseable had to buy some at safeway. Carpet and paint would be nice. But on te plus side you cannot bet the location!Thank you, Janet Martin

Pros: The condo is in a great location, and has a great pool area on-site. Nice to have a private garage for parking.Cons: The condo seems well worn. Lots of wall stains and drywall damage. The leather sofa is very well worn, and dining chairs seemed unstable. The memory foam topper on the bed was uncomfortable and very warm to sleep on. I wish we had been given the digital code to the garage, rather than having to carry the garage remote with us every time we parked.

Decent place

Pleasant. A bit outdated. Some things should be replaced such as bed and carpeting. Kitchen chairs are really uncomfortable. But overall was nice and enjoyable.

Wonderful area

Overall the property was excellent The only suggestion I have is the area rugs need to be removed as I consider them to be a tripping hazard especially the rug at the top of the stairs Also it should be noted that the unit is actually on the third floor and has two sets of stairs in order to get in the unit.

Good trip. I was not aware of the 26 steps to condo. Condo generally fine. They could use blinds on very top windows as sun is difficult in am. Also not alot of chairs at pool and no umbrellas.

Little Things to Know

Outside stairs leading up to the condo (second floor) were treacherous. Throw rugs on the carpet were trip hazards. Dining room chairs are hard to move due to the rug on top of the carpet under the table. Glass coffee table is in the way of the recliners in the couch. Pool and hot tub was closed. Otherwise, the place was fine. Not my nature to complain but these things should be known before booking.
