Staff was not friendly or very helpful, the drain in room had rust around it and the hall on the 3rd floor smelled really awful. The breakfast was the worst selection I have ever had.

Upon arrival, I waited 30 minutes before a concierge assisted me as there was no one at the front desk. A couple walked in and said the front desk concierge had been gone for over an hour. The entire third floor smelled like a toilet overflowed, the pillows in my room were all stained as was the bedding. I landed up sleeping on top of the covers with my sweater coat as my blanket and another sweater as my pillow.

When we check in the guy at the desk did not tell us that we had to request clean towels each day and clean the room. We went out for the evening when we came back to the room the dirty towels were still on the floor.Called the front desk and ask the lady that we needed clean towels and she told us to come to the front desk and she would give us some would not bring them to the room. Very disappointed with the staff there. We have stayed at hotels with your company and never had that kind of service.

Everything was great with one exception: the pillows. I've stayed at hotels around the world and these were the worst pillows ever. Take a dozen dog chews and knotted ropes, put them in a pillow case with some polyfill, and you're pretty close to what those pillows are like. Horrible is an understatement. The staff was delightful and pleasant, accommodating and helpful. But for $180/night, the Wyndham franchise holder needs to invest in new pillows full stop.

I'm not sure if I was in handicap room, but the toilet was way too low. and there was a handrail at the back of the tub, it's not useful. they should be on the side of the tub to hold on getting in and out.
