This property is on the second floor and there is an elevator. You'll be right by the water! There is a fantastic walking path around the lake and lots of bird-watching. You will love it!
Heated community pool is within walking distance from the front door.
Right next to the pool is a hot tub.
Centrally located in phoenix with easy access to the freeway. There are many activities to keep the family busy in the surrounding area, including shopping, Castles & Coasters Theme Park, golfing, and so much more.
There is a TV in both bedrooms and the living room.
Streaming apps are only in the living room and the master bedroom. (There is HBO max, Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu *No antenna* Local channels stream on the channel app and apps such as roku, pluto, Hulu, local now) The second bedroom is equipped with a Roku system for your entertainment. Free WiFi and free wireless internet will be available for your use.

The Immediate neighborhood has many restaurants to choose from including: Pappadeaux Seafood, Olive Garden, Bobby-Q's (voted best in the US), Garciaš authentic Mexican, Red Lobster, Lone Star, OutBack Steakhouse, Black Angus, Desert Rose Steak House, Sizzler, Chili's, Pei Wei, Panera, Sweet Tomato, Hooters, Old Country Buffet, plus many more.

Final four stay
Enjoyed our stay. Home was well equipped and comfortable. Our host was very responsive to our inquiries. Easy access to freeway system to get to events in city and to travel to sightseeing areas outside of city. Public transit stops very close as well but limited access to business within walking distance. The pool was lovely although the hot tub was out of service for our stay so can’t comment on it.

Beautiful
The condo was roomy and nicely decorated. It had a huge balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. There was a sidewalk that surrounded the lake on which we took walks most days. The kitchen was adequately supplied, although more serving or mixing bowls would have been nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit we stayed in was beautiful. One bed was very noisy with a crackling crunchy mattress. Made noise everytime you moved. The screen door was hard to open and stuck. The pool & hot tub were very clean and enjoyable. It was nice to walk around the lake but the geese made the walkway messy. Phoenix traffic is awful. We enjoyed our time there but would not come back. There were several police officers with their guns drawn right on the road by our unit asking someone to get out of the vehicle with their hands on their head. This lasted a long time with the person none compliant. Very uncomfortable for us. So not sure what to make of the area. Still feel this place deserves a 4 star for all the positives. The temperature in the room never seemed comfortable and was preset.

Relaxing Awesome Getaway
This was our first time in Phoenix and we came to see spring training. The location was wonderful to all the stadiums. It was so nice to get home and feel relaxed in a beautiful condo. We enjoyed walking around the lake and our Grandson had the opportunity to come in the middle of the week and enjoy the games also. The hot tub was very clean and the pool. We had a marvelous time. Thank you.

Great Location
Close to restaurants, shopping and recreation areas. The lake is a nice one mile walk around it - nice way to start a day!

Nice but could use a couple of improvements.
Pros: Condo was clean and bed sheets were soft and comfortable, walking path around ponds was lovely, assigned covered parking spot was close to condo, pool and hot tub were nice, unit's balcony was large and shaded with a table and comfortable chairs...nice to relax out there! Cons: Master bed box-spring "crackles and crunches" very loudly every time someone rolls over....hard to get a good night's sleep...needs to be replaced! Master bedroom hears the traffic on the street, Kitchen supplies need revisiting (2 teaspoons aren't enough!), Condo could use some updating.

Horrible!
To start with I must say that this place and the host "Andru" get one star as there is no option for negative star ratings! I should also start by saying that I have spent over 40 years in the hospitality industry and for me to criticize and especially write any negative reviews is not what I do or enjoy doing as most don't deserve them, this is not the case as this negative review has been well earned! The experience at this place along with the interactions with Andru give the other decent VRBO operators a bad name. We arrived at the destination after a long day of travel, upon entering the apartment the place seemed tired and worn but that would be okay, but that was only the beginning of our concerns. We started to settle in and my wife went to run a bath while I unpacked. Unfortunately there was no hot water so I sent the Andru a message and waited on a reply. I continued to unpack only to start discovering issues that were becoming very unsettling. - dirty men's under ware and socks in the closet - used bars of soap with pubic hairs in the shower - pubic hairs in the second tub - scraps of paper and other items in the hall closet - dirty utensils in the kitchen drawer - chipped plates in the cupboards - dirty fry pans in the stove drawer All disturbing and unsettling to say the least. I made sure I documented everything with photos but unfortunately posting photos on these reviews is not permissible. As stated we had a long day of travel and we were tired so tried to get some rest. The next morning I reiterated to Andru that the conditions of the unit were unacceptable with shared pictures and Andru stated that if we wanted to move on he would "refund our remaining nights and see what he could do about the first night". We departed by noon. Since then we have attempted to work through this with Andru for our refund as he promised but he has now refused! They only give you so many words to put in these reviews so I cannot go into all details but we have everything documented and will be filling official complaints with VRBO against Andru in regards to this experience. If the host had of done his job this experience would not have had happened and this review would not be as is! Andru the important thing about being a good "Host" is that its not about you its about your guests! You should study up on that! All we are asking is that you be a man of your word! Traveler's be aware this is a terrible VRBO host and accommodation!

Phoenix Trip
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The only negative thing was the situation with all of the TV's. They are set up for Roku, however there were no Roku controllers. The controllers that were available had no instructions on how to use them with Roku. We struggled doing our stay to get the TVs to work with all of the options available on Roku. Everything else was great so we consider this to be a 5 star stay. We loved the walking path and pickle ball courts too!
