Cozy and modern townhouse in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Close to restaurants, galleries, golfing, bars, and nightlife. Perfect for baseball fans during Spring Training for both the Giants and Cubs. Hiking trails just a few minutes away, and a short walk to the entertainment district. There’s a plaza right across the street and another around the corner, offering a clothing store, gym, yoga studio, and hair salon — everything within reach. Easy freeway access, and just 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport.

Sleeping Arrangements
One King bed, one Queen bed, two Full-size beds, and an additional/optional queen inflatable bed if needed. Our home sleeps 7; however, we can accommodate more (message me).

Bedrooms (Upstairs)
Each bedroom is designed to give your group space and comfort:
• Master: King bed, TV, and en-suite access
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed and TV
• Bedroom 3: Full bed
• Bedroom 4: Full bed

Living Space
Comfy living room with an L-shaped couch and a flat 75-inch screen TV.

Kitchen & Laundry
Full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Full-size washer & dryer — remember, don’t use too much detergent, since our water softener creates lots of bubbles.

Bathrooms
2.5 baths, with a water softener for your enjoyment. You’ll feel the difference — no need to use too much soap or shampoo.

Outdoor Space
Lush, modern, private, and fully decorated patio which includes comfortable seating, huge umbrella, mini fridge, and gas grill.

Parking
Two covered parking spaces included.

Security Policy
The home’s exterior is equipped with security cameras for the safety of our guests and the property. This is a strictly no-party home, and unauthorized events or unregistered guests are not permitted. If these rules are violated or a safety concern arises, on-site security may be dispatched, and the reservation will be terminated, requiring all guests to vacate the property without refund.

Issues & Refunds
If you notice any issues upon arrival, please bring them to our attention immediately so we can resolve them. Refunds are not provided for issues reported after checkout or for circumstances outside our control.

Legal
In accordance with the City of Scottsdale, our property accommodates a maximum of 6 adults and their related dependent children. We do not allow events or parties of any kind.
