This home offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full baths. The master suite includes a private en-suite bathroom, while the other two bathrooms are conveniently located off the hallway for easy access to all guests. Each bedroom is designed for comfort, featuring ultra-plush memory foam mattresses, soft cotton sheets, hypoallergenic pillows, stylish headboards, and dual nightstands with built-in USB charging ports.

This home is nestled in the heart of Paradise Valley, near 44th St and Shea Blvd. Its prime location puts you just minutes from top attractions, including Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons, the Waste Management Open, Salt River Fields, Gainey Ranch, renowned golf courses, and the vibrant Old Town Scottsdale. Enjoy the perfect blend of convenience and luxury!
*POOL HEATING : Please note that there is an additional fee for pool heating. Please message us to find out our current rate! Additionally, electric heat pumps are designed to function their best when the outdoor temperature is above 50 degrees. If the outdoor temperature falls below 50 degrees, the heat pump will shut off, and it will turn back on once it is above 50 degrees outside. We heat the pool to 82 degrees.
*PET FEE : Please note that there is a $100 pet fee per pet. By bringing a pet, you are acknowledging that you are responsible for any damage caused by the pet.
