Situated adjacent to the beautiful Painted Mountain Golf Course, this could be the get away home of your dreams! The backyard is spacious, private and exciting. There is a heated pool, a covered patio with a gas grill, patio furniture and newly added TV and propane heater. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. The outdoor setting is magnificent and features impressive fairway views.
~ MESA MARVELOUS ~
Our pretty Mesa home has spacious rooms, vaulted ceilings and an open staircase. The living spaces are brightened by natural light and feature attractive décor. Gather round the smart TV in the great room to stream movies, sporting events or award winning TV shows. A corner desk and chair allow you to complete your remote work while on vacation. The game area includes pool, foosball and shuffleboard for exciting indoor competition. Wifi is complimentary.
The sizable, well stocked and now modern kitchen with island opens into the great room and dining area. The counter space is plentiful for preparing and serving your favorite cuisine and new culinary gadgets have been added to please the chef. Both drip and Keurig coffee makers are ready to brew your choice of gourmet coffee.
The dining area seats six and features appreciative views of the backyard and golf course. Sliding doors on either end of the kitchen make transfer of food and drink to the patio and pool area efficient. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.
You can pack less because the laundry room with family size appliances helps you stay prepared for all your adventures. Laundry detergent is stocked. There is parking for 3 cars on the driveway. There is no garage parking at this time.
~ CHARMED SLEEPING ~
The upstairs primary suite boasts a king bed, smart TV, en suite bath, walk in closet and ceiling fan. The en suite bath has a new walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have king beds, ceiling fans and smart TVs for streaming. These bedrooms share Bathroom 2 which features a tub/shower combination plus recently upgraded vanity, commode and accessories. Bedrooms are bright, cheerful and roomy to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
The first floor powder room is newly painted, has a new vanity, commode and accessories and is especially convenient for guests using the pool.

The ideal location completes this gem of a get-away home. World class golf courses such as Las Sendas, Royal Palms and Red Mountain Ranch are plentiful throughout Mesa and beyond. Nature enthusiasts will delight in nearby hiking and biking trails in Usery Regional Park or the Hawes Trail System Loop. Water sports such as tubing and kayaking are available on the Salt River or at Tempe Town Lake. The Chicago Cubs spring training facility is at nearby Sloan Park for our baseball enthusiasts. Other popular destinations that are a short drive and well worth your time include Old Town and Fashion Square Mall in Scottsdale, Riverview and Papago Parks or the Riparian Preserve in Gilbert.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 6 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of six (6).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.
The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
In accordance with Arizona state law owner permission is required for reservations greater than 31 days.
