The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions

It was the worst experience ive ever had, the place was dirty, there was blood stains in the floor, the tub was oxidated, and the place didn't want to take responsability. Expedia solved the situation for us but the place was a mess

Rooms feature a full sized kitchen and that does include a full sized oven which is an extreme bonus for me since i have a small child and need to be able to cook a meal for my family, very convenient! Full sized fridge, dishwasher you get the whole shabang when you stay at metro phx apts!

Easiest checkin process and you never have to worry about going into the office for new keys or anything since you are given a door code...very convenient!!!!

The only downfall that this hotel might have would have to be the unfortunate surroundings and the amount of homeless people that are just everywhere at all hours. (Which is out of the hotels control) Aside from that I can't think of any complaints directed at the hotel itself. I would recommend this place to friends and family especially with how good the pricing is!!! 👍 The manager Nikki is awesome and she always goes the extra mile to make sure her guests needs are met!!!

It's was very clean and great impression but I call at night after finishing up work I watch my TV since it said Everytime had premium channels well none of the 2 TVs in my room worked they weren't connected to nothing so I called they said maintenance was going to come fix it well they never showed up I would like to know why

The room smelled bad, there were stains on the carpet and couch, roach climbing the wall, no light bulbs in the fixture above the dining table. We were shown another apartment, it was slightly better, but the refrigerator door looked like it had been target practice for someone with a pellet rifle, We decided not to stay at the property and found another place to stay. I requested a refund but received no reply.

The loft is extremely spacious giving you the comfort of being in your own home with its 2 bedroom 2 bath full kitchen amd upstairs downstairs floorplan. Its the perfect room choice for a family!

Place was horrible. People hanging around the front of the complex arguing. Roaches inside. Writting on the wall. Torn couches and stained bed and couch. Broken closet door and broken towel rack. I stayed 30 min until I can find myself a new place.

Stay away from this location. The staff seems to be well aware of the situation and corporate does not care. So sad. This property is advertised as a luxury apartment. I am not able to agree. Well equipped kitchen. I am not able to agree. Again, please stay far away from this location.

Our front door wasnt safe, Hole in the door. Our television was broken at arrival. The ceiling were nasty, black with dust. Would not stay here again.
