Scottsdale Home

The home was awesome for me and 3 of my friends. Clean, spacious, beds were comfortable. We grilled out on our last night and it was perfect. Nice little backyard where you can have your coffee and relax.

Amazing Location

We stayed here for a basketball tournament our son had. It was some of the basketball families with us that stayed. The backyard was so cute and spacious. The teenagers love the golf green and cornhole. We didnt realize how closenwe were to downtown and the airport. Great location and beautiful home!

Decent little place

It is a nice place that feels nice and quaint even with a large party. The whole family enjoyed it. There were only a few minor issues with the property. First, the main hallway bathroom was not working properly and was overflowing from the tank. We made a small repair and it was good as new. Second, the washer does not work in this house. It was not stated in the listing that it was inoperable, and that kind of is a inconvenience when living with multiple small kids ranging from ages 3-9. We called the maintenance and they informed us that someone would come out and fix the issue. No one came and upon calling back I was informed that there was already an estimated cost of repair from a previous maintenance request on the washer and that the property owner still has not decided to fix it. Lastly, I am not sure if there was supposed to have towels on the premises or not, but the check in and check out guide stated to leave a load of towels in the wash before our departure. We couldn’t do this because the washer wasn’t working and also because there was no towels on the premises. Other than those concerns, everything was nice and up to what was expected.

Everything about our stay at Casa Bonita was great. The location was very close to Old Town Scottsdale and is in a very quiet neighborhood. Check in was extremely easy and the house was super clean. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Festive Weekend
