Fresh off a complete rebuild this gorgeous Scottsdale home has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a chef's kitchen with high end appliances, wood floors (No Carpet) and custom tile work. Game room with shuffle board, NBA Jam Arcade game and more. Brand new heated pool and spa, built in BBQ and fire pit. Minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square, Talking Stick Entertainment District, Talking Stick Casino and Arizona Casino. 15 minutes from the Waste Management Open and Barrett Jackson. 10 minutes from Spring Training. 10 minutes from Arizona State University and Tempe Town Lake. Spa Heat is included however if you would like the pool heated then there will be an additional $50 per day charge. NO PARTIES OR SPECIAL EVENTS ARE PERMITTED IN THIS HOME! AZ TPT License #21492783

This house was top notch we had such an amazing stay. Greg and Laura are great hosts and he called me right away when I asked them a question re the spa. House was the perfect place to be in Scottsdale. I definitely recommend and will be staying here again.

Great Pool and convenient location
This property worked out well for us. The salt water pool was amazing and the highlight for my family. The game room was also a lot of fun. We spent a good deal of time in the pool. The house had everything we needed and communication with the owner was extremely easy. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Location was so convenient
We had a great 4 days!!! We hit up everything from restaurants, concerts, top golf, shopping, casino, etc everyday!!! Never traveled much more than 20 mins. The host was very accommodating with the check in process, much appreciated. Thank you for helping make our stay so enjoyable.
