Excellent Stay on Fall Break

The space was as nice as advertised. Both inside and outdoor spaces were impeccable. Had a great stay visiting our daughter. Location was close to everything.

Perfect stay

This property was perfect for my husband and my daughter to stay for the week. The home is very clean and decorated well! We also loved the quiet neighborhood and access to major roads. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home for a family in great Tempe neighborhood!

The house has two separate living rooms which was perfect to give the teenagers and parents space. The games kept everyone entertained! The pool was fantastic. It’s in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to the 101 to get around. We loved everything about it!

Perfect home away from home

This home was exactly what we wanted and more! Perfect location for everything we had planned (everything seemed to be about 15 minutes away). Pool was perfect! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals at the house. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Great Place!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and loved the decor. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion available if needed. The kitchen was stocked. We enjoyed the pool. Had a wonderful stay!

The house was perfectly maintained and had everything to support our needs! The beds were comfortable, everything worked, and kitchen was fully stocked. The location is also perfect. We were able to get to everything we wanted to within 20 minutes. Including the airport. Thank you for a great stay!

Entertainment!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The property was spotless, and there were plenty of entertainment options to keep us occupied throughout our visit. Check-in was incredibly easy, and the house is located in a great neighborhood with everything we needed nearby. The only small drawback was that the weather wasn't ideal during our stay, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as we had hoped since it wasn’t heated. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and hope to return in better weather to fully enjoy all the amenities!

Lovely pool and nice house that was very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately o e of the 2 central air conditioning units broke and we could only tolerated staying on one side of the house where the air-conditioning worked. They did give us a discount for the misery that it caused. The rental company offered to put us up at another house but it wasn't at all comparable except that it also had a pool. It was a

Unfortunately, too busy to enjoy the pool. We had 3 generations at the house, so the spacious house was perfect ;-). House is much larger than we expected, large open areas. We definitely recommend this home.

Great house and very easy to work with the owner/management company. Complaints would be to have some, even if just a few, pool toys, rafts, etc. Also, since you have a pool you know families will book with you, some inside toys would be nice also. Overall very good and would stay again.

Great experience

I’m huge on communication and they have immediate response to questions. I think they under promised in their advertisement because it was even better in person. The only thing negative that I can say is I wish Didn’t have to pay $75 for early check in.

Family space

We enjoyed having space to spread out as a larger family. Pool was deeper than anticipated , which was good for the older kids. We defiantly kept an eye on the younger kids though as the pool is not separately enclosed in the backyard and there are several access doors from the home into the yard. Neighborhood was really quiet and the location is really convenient.
