Great house and offered plenty of space for all 8 of us. I would definitely stay again, just don’t expect to use the pool as it’s not in great shape. Also, heater was down for our stay but not sure we would have even used it since it appeared dirty and not in good condition. House is fantastic, clean, and great location with an awesome view in backyard.

The house was great for our large group but although we paid to have pool/hot tub heated, the heater didn't work which was a disappointment especially since the problem was known before we checked in and the information was not passed along until second day of stay. Overall we enjoyed the house. We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. Beautiful setting and enjoyed other outdoor activities. I will say some of the outdoor seating and the barstools in the kitchen need a little updating, the padding in the barstool seats is basically gone.

Sadly, we weren't there long enough to enjoy all the amenities, but what we saw was wonderful. Only thing missing was some throw blankets. Beautiful home and yard!

Overall our stay at this residence was excellent! The house is in great condition and perfect for a family gathering! The only reason I took away one star was because of a lack of communication by the property management team on a couple of occasions and the pool needs some TLC.

4th of July getaway for my family. The location and view of the mountains was amazing. Spacious bedrooms and places within the home for all of us gather and then separate whenever we wanted. Would definitely come back, but there’s a few items that should be fixed and the listed updated.

I've never written a less than excellent review but feel that I have to with this property.The home itself is lovely, but poor maintenance and lack of customer service from the property mgt. company made this a deeply disappointing stay.Top 5 issues:1) Wifi broken. Eventually given a temp one but required to input email/phone & agree to receive their marketing texts/emails to use it.2) Refrigerator is super rusty and started spewing water. I sent a message & video, but 3 days later, still hadn't heard from anyone. We just used towels to sop up the water and prayed no one slipped & fell.3) 2 rooms had no power. Thanks to Rhea, an electrician came..but this could have been avoided had the home been checked prior to our arrival.4) Previous guests’ garbage was still there. In trashcans & under furniture.5) Pool was filthy & vacuum not working. Other issues with this home are:Not properly cleaned. The floor by the toilet had what appeared to be feces on it.Fountains inoperable & filthy.TV not a Smart TV, as advertised.The sink in 1 BR constantly drips.The primary shower only gets lukewarm.The TV in primary BR turns on randomly.The drapes in the Casita fell when we tried to close them. No wifi in here.Hot Tub heater broken & not shared with us prior.Barstools are painful to sit on. No cushion at all & rattan patio furniture is shredded.At this price point, this home should be in much better condition and property mgt co should be more responsive & customer-driven.
