Beautifully laid out, spacious, and very comfortable. Nice areas to visit as well as space to relax alone. Lots of seating. Did elect not to heat pool as it only sets to 80F - too cool in winter.

Really good location and I can see that this will be a great place to stay in the future. There were a couple of issues that weren't addressed while we were there, and there are still some finishing touches needed - but I can see it being really nice in the future

Solid Scottsdale Visit

Great property that has more than enough space and plenty of great outdoor options and fun things to do. Great proximity to Old Town Scottsdale. Communication with property mgmt co overseeing this location was very timely and very good to work with. One small issue on entry to property was resolved within 5 min over the phone. If we are back in Scottsdale, we would defintley stay at this house. Great stay for our Family of 5 and I would suspect you could comfortably fit 12-15.

Home good, property Manager not

Older home w expected issues for age. Great location and back yard. Problem was w property manager (PM). They indicated pool heater was broke and not usable; pool maintenance and pool tech (two different people/companies) indicated it was usable. PM promised to empty recycle bin (full when we got there) and deliver drain stoppers for kitchen sink and tub; they did not despite follow up on 2nd day. They did not respond to our report that one bathroom had a leak. One other bathroom had a poor toilet with a visible pipe. One toilet area needed a good cleaning.

Cool Spot for Bachelor Party

Had a nice time here and the property was great. Only complaint that I had was that we got called by the property management company for noise. We had a catered dinner on Friday outside at 7 PM, which they stated was ‘quiet hours.’ They told me it was my ‘final warning’ while the only previous contact was an email sent 15 minutes prior that I never viewed. They have surveillance cameras for the outdoor areas. They implied that the cops would be called if we didn’t shut down the dinner. We had a good experience but I have a greater expectation for privacy when I stay in a VRBO. Can only assume this is an issue with GoodNight Stays which is the property management company. After I politely told them that we are adults, they did not bother us

Great location in Scottsdale!

This is a great property for a group. You can tell it is rented a lot for bachelor or bachelorette parties. The back yard is fun. The furniture is dirty and there was an empty fire starter for the fire pit. For the price we should have had a fire starter. This is a great location. It feels like it is a party place and lived in like that. For nearly $8,000 for a week, I expected it to be nicer.

OUR STAY HERE WASN'T GREAT

Property was in a great location and was very spacious for our group. BUT we requested an early check in and were denied because they had to clean the property. Check in was at 4 and when we came in the carpets weren't vacuumed and there was tape on the ceilings and the air filters were dirty. The refrigerator door doesn't close properly because a part is broken off at the top. We had bought groceries when we arrived and unfortunately they went bad the next morning because the fridge doesn't get cold enough so that was a waste of money! ICE machine doesn't work so make sure you get bags of ice for the freezer. I wish I read the review from last September about the fridge... guys it has been broken for ONE YEAR and they don't care to fix it. People are spending money on a house that should be properly functioning or at least give a warning about the appliances before. Every room in the house is hot except for the master which made sleeping at night uncomfortable. The POOL never ran the entire time we stayed there to filter and clean it and also no pool light for when it got dark. There are no instructions or welcome letter just a basic email with wifi and door code. Our check out email asked to start a load of towels which we did but the dryer button was broken, you had to hold it down to keep it going. That didnt effect us but just making note of that in case anyone needed to wash anything.

The home was updated and clean. The backyard was nice and clean with a huge fire pit. The internet never worked. We were not able to use the internet in the house the entire stay after I sent a text with no response. There is a tv that didn't work properly in one of the bedrooms. The door to the 4 th bedroom would open or close because the door is not fitted correctly it so when the door opened and closed it sounded like it was breaking.

Beautiful Home Away from Home

My friends and I rented this place in Scottsdale and it was amazing. First off the management company were really nice and accommodating. The week before actually checking in they communicated very well with me and made sure all my wants and needs were answered. Once we arrived the code didn't work but they we're quick to resolve that issue. After settling I noticed just a few issues with the place. Two areas in the home had ceiling patches where there once was a leak. The refrigerator door doesn't close properly because the latch is broken. All our food got ruined. We finally figured out that we have to flip the middle bar for the first door manually for the second door to close. And lastly the pool has no lights and we spent an hour looking for the switch. It was disappointing becuase it was so dark at night we couldn't utilize the pool. Someone tried to help over the phone but were unsuccessful and by the time we checked out they didn't care to address the problem anymore. Over all the stay was amazing minus the minor issues. Make sure you check everything the first day and let them know so they can fix it. Thank you.

House needs TLC

The rental property was in great location central to old town, and was large and spacious for our group. We enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale. However, a lot of details were a miss. First off, there was no welcome book on the property with any details on how to use the amenities and electronics, pizza oven, etc. we were only given a very generic email non specific to the property. The kitchen was missing essential items such as pot holders, salt/pepper/oil and the refrigerator was not fully functioning - the temperature never dipped below 40 degrees because it couldn’t properly shut, and unfortunately we had some food go bad, the fridge also smelled horrible upon arrival. The sink had a terrible odor as well. The property was not properly stocked with enough paper products - only enough toilet paper for 2 days. Some amenities were not functional as advertised - the fire pit was missing the key to start it and the management company did not make an effort to rectify any of our issues when brought to their attention during our stay. Some of our guests also found trash under their beds and articles of clothing inside sheets from prior guests. Sheets were dirty and there were bugs in at least one of the rooms. The trash and recycling bins outside were overflowing from prior guests when we arrived. The smoke detector was lying on the pool table when we arrived. The pool water was definitely dirty upon arrival as well, but there were pool floats!

Great House in the best location.

Had a bachelor party at the residence with 11 guys. Perfect amount of beds for 10 to 12 adult guests. House was clean and tidy. ITS BETTER THAN ADVERTISED. House is in a quiet neighborhood located next to a mall and all the fashion square bars (less than 5 away). Overall had a great time at the house. If I had one critique it would be the dark-bottomed pool is warm in the summer. Although not much they can do about it.

Excellent location and a large pool/outside entertainment area. Some aspects of the house are starting to show some needs for maintenance but nothing terrible. Nothing available on the local television is our only complaint
