Enjoy gorgeous mountain views and famous Arizona sunsets at our Paradise Valley Estate. This exquisite 6 bdrm/5.5 bath luxury home features 4 master suites (ensuites) in the main house. Our (4300sq ft) estate can host up to 16 guests which is perfect for golf getaways or family gathering retreats.
The gourmet kitchen boasts double ovens, a six-burner gas cook-top, state-of-the-art appliances and granite counters. Other interior architectural details include; polished marble floors, elegant vaulted ceilings and tray ceilings.
Unwind in your own private, resort-style backyard with spa, sparkling blue heated pool, water features, grotto, waterfall/slide, swim up bar, custom lighting, & practice putting green. Entertain in the spacious Ramada/BBQ area featuring a wet bar, TV, refrigerator, fireplace, travertine pavers, firepit & misting system. We describe the backyard as "resort-style living, without the crowds!"
Our estate offers a variety of recreation options: Pool Table, Foosball, and 1UP arcade golf game. The Paradise Valley Country Club is also right across the street!
Our driveway has parking space for up to 8 vehicles. Many attractions are less than 10 miles away from the estate. Save money and hassle and just get an Uber or Lyft driver to take you where you need to go. We are close to great hiking, restaurants, bars, shopping, golf, and other cultural attractions.

• All king beds can be configured into two twins. Please specify when booking your configuration requirements.

Household Property Inventory : The standard rental fee includes a STARTER SUPPLY of basic household items. These items include laundry soap, dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels and toilet paper. No kitchen packaging materials (tin foil or saran wrap, etc.) are provided.
* Completing the booking process -
After you book our home you will be required to complete an online form; we call our Renter Data Form which serves as the Rental Agreement.
After completing the online form, you will be required to execute an IP Address verified digital version of the Rental Contract within 3 days of booking.
A $300 Security Deposit is required prior to your stay. The deposit is in the form of a hold (pending) on a credit card from your day of arrival and is released by day 7 if there are no damages. Nothing is transferred during the hold period unless there are damages.
The online form will provide you with an opportunity to purchase the following optional services: Cancel for Any Reason insurance and regular travel insurance.
HOUSE RULES
+ 2026 Holiday Booking Requirements - Nov 25-29, Dec 23-27, and Dec 31 - Jan 3 must be booked as a block of dates as a minimum for the holidays. +
* We have a strict no party policy at the house. No loud get togethers are permitted.
* Email address need to be provided to receive all arrival instructions.
* Renter data form to include occupant and emergency contact information, and full acceptance of the landlord's Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.
* All Renters must submit ID & credit card verification to secure online portal.
* Daily energy fee to heat the pool and spa $75
* Additional terms and conditions apply. You will receive a copy of our terms and conditions via email which you can sign digitally. This is not an executed contract until you sign a copy of the terms and conditions.
* Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance and is a city ordinance enforceable by fines which the guest is responsible for paying.
* Standard rates include up to 8 people 2 years of age and older. Occupancy levels above 8 will incur and additional occupancy charge of $35 per person, per night.
* All renters may clean the BBQ grill. If not cleaned than a cleaning fee of $35 is charged.
* Smoking inside the property is NOT allowed. Automatic $300 fine assessed if any type of smoking inside is detected.
