This luxury home away from home is all about outdoor living with a one-of-a-kind enclosed backyard housing an outdoor pool, a covered patio with an outdoor dining area, a built-in gas grill, poolside loungers, and a putting green.
You'll also have access to the community heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts, as well as a playground.
The air-conditioned interior features a beautifully decorated space with two living areas, a formal dining room, and a well-appointed chef's kitchen. As you enter, you will encounter the first living area featuring comfortable armchairs and a dining table - the perfect setting for conversations and playing board games. The main living space boasts an electric fireplace and a large smart TV with streaming services where you can gather and host a memorable movie night with your crew! When mealtime comes around, prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with modern stainless steel appliances. A Keurig coffee maker is provided for all coffee enthusiasts. Sleeping arrangements include a spacious main suite with pool views, a desk, and an en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and a shower. Additional perks include a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer.
This superb retreat enjoys a private location in a cul-de-sac near golf courses and hiking trails.
