The pool will be heated to 83 degrees and the spa will be heated to 99 degrees. We cannot guarantee those water temperatures at night when the temp falls below 50 degrees

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located by the front door facing the front entryway, 1 camera is located on the exterior of the home facing the side of the yard, and 1 camera is located by the trash can area facing the side yard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces, or in the backyard and pool area. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
