Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces firm noise regulations, and violations may result in fines or removal from the property.



Pool & Spa Safety Waiver: Guests must sign a pool and spa use waiver before check-in.



Security Cameras: Exterior cameras and a Ring doorbell are installed for occupancy verification and emergency purposes only. No cameras are present inside the home.



Noise Monitoring: The property includes a Minut device that monitors noise levels (decibels only). It does not record audio, ensuring privacy while protecting neighborhood peace.



Pet Policy: Pets are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without prior authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will apply.



Late Checkout Policy: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 rescheduling fee from our housekeeping team. Please request in advance to avoid this charge.
