Amazing Property!

We had an incredible time at this property! It has all of the activities needed for a fun stay, and tons of space. Ross was great at communicating and made it so easy. We are already looking to book the home again for a Family trip next year!

What an amazing place! We had 3 families there with teen kids, plenty of room for everyone, and lots of fun stuff to keep the kids busy and happy! The place is clean, pictures are accurate, we would highly recommend this place!

Golf and Birthday trip

This property is even better than advertised! The backyard is perfect for entertaining and hanging out all day between the pool, sport court and game room. We can’t wait to come back again!

Gorgeous Scottsdale Property

The 6 of us stayed there over the Waste Management week and the pictures don't do the property justice. The place is stunning inside and out and I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling with a larger group size and looking for lots of activities to do on the property. Property Manager was also very easy to deal with and accommodating with any request/need.

Stunning

The property is just as described. Absolutely beautiful with tons to do. It was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. The dining chairs are stained but that did not detract from the visit. It was a bummer that the pool heater was broken but we still enjoyed the sun!

Great house

Overall stay was awesome. House was as advertised. Most importantly, everything worked. Meaning if there was a basketball court, there was a ball as well. Etc. beautiful backyard / pool area. Landscaping was perfect. Was really amazing. Ross was quick to answer every call / request.

Stunning Home That Exceeded Expectations

Pool and pickle in paradise! This home was beautiful and fully stocked with all the amenities we wanted. We stayed the weekend with a group of 11 adults. We loved the house so much we didn’t leave. The pool is stunning, and outdoor mist is a nice touch. Playing pickleball at dusk was relaxing. The host, Ross, clearly knows how to run a luxury short term rental and we hope to come back soon.

Home was like a beautiful resort!

Loved our stay! The home is fabulous, the outdoors area had everything! Pool was perfect. So much to do, pickleball is our new favorite sport! Kids and adults had a great time. Place was very weel stocked with so many extra amenities. Would love to go back next year!!

All time favorite VRBO home!

This was by far the nicest VRBO home I have ever stayed at! Not a detail was spared, extremely luxe furniture and furnishings, gorgeous decor and unlimited activities! So spacious and clean, fully stocked with anything you could ever need. Would 100% rent again and can't wait to come back one day.

Awesome House!

I've rented a ton of VRBO properties and this is one of my all time favorites! Everything is brand new and perfect! The outdoor space is to die for! The Owner was super responsive and very easy check in and check out. We all loved it! Cannot wait to come back!

Most Enjoyable Stay

The house was excellent and fully appointed. We were really excited to see how well the house was stocked with every day needs. The property had so many things to do that our teenaged kids were busy all the time we had down time. Ross was an excellent host and responded to any of my messages during our stay within a few minutes. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a get away in the Scotsdale area!

Scottsdale trip

We had a great time. The house was nice. Had a nice kitchen/dining room space that opened up to the backyard. Nice pool, pickle ball court, putting green. The room with the pool table wasn't fully set up yet, but it seemed nice and new. Price is alittle high, but I paid it, so I guess that is the going rate.

Awesome property for our family stay

We stayed at Ross' house in November 2022 for our annual family trip and I have to say it was one of the best vacation rental experiences we've ever had. So much attention to detail in this property, from the clean white linens and super comfy beds to the style and decor, plus all the games and amenities. My kids used the sports court non-stop and loved it. The sliding doors that open up to the pool and patio area is amazing. We did end up paying to heat the pool, but the hot tub was nice to have as well with no extra charge for that. We would highly recommend this house. Ross and his team did a really nice job and were extremely responsive.

Company Retreat

The property and home are beautiful. Every detail was thought out and designed for. We had a few hiccups throughout our stay, that didn't feel like they were handled or communicated. The garage code stopped working so we were locked out of the home for the entire day, we reached out to the PM, but he wasn't receiving our messages. The neighbor helped us get our PM. Then we were left the rest of the trip going through one of our coworkers bedrooms to enter and leave the home. We only had one key to use, so we had to coordinate leaving a slider unlocked, or being home at the same time to let one another in. No one came to fix the garage entry. 2nd day, the girls were swimming in the pool and a man holding a basket walks into the yard. We ask him, how we can help and he says he is just checking on the jacuzzi. We were very startled and confused as no one mentioned anyone was coming, or no reminders were sent if they did mention it. He was nice enough of a guy, but it was creepy for sure.
