Peaceful spot

We had a wonderful stay here for our Spring Break. Our group consisted of grandparents, adults, and kids. Lots of space for everyone and an amazingly peaceful backyard. The house was comfortable and clean.

This property met all of our needs perfectly! We appreciated the cleanliness and the layout of the bedrooms all being on the ground floor. The location was very convenient with restaurants and shopping close by but also quiet and private. Nice walking trails easily accessible from the house too

Perfect Get-Away!

Beautiful property inside and out. Nice heated pool and spa. Great area close to local lakes for a scenic 3 or 4 mile loop. Quiet, clean and safe neighborhood. Located away from the “city” and the crowded I-10. Good restaurants and stores close by and also in Goodyear approx 5 miles away. Enjoyed our stay!

Retirement celebration

Wonderful place! My husband and I stayed for a month, our adult children came for a week, and my sister spent a week. Plenty of room, comfortable, everything we needed and more! We spent most afternoons in the pool and hot tub. Quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay!

Great Stay!

Our adult children and their families gathered at the property for a 6 night stay. Our grandson enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen had everything we need to make a couple of meals a day. The neighborhood was quiet and we found fun things to do in the surrounding area.

Fantastic home and location, relaxing stay!

This home was ideal for me and my two teenage daughters to enjoy spring break. The listing details are very accurate. The home is beautiful and has a well stocked kitchen with all the small appliances, cookware and utensils you'll need. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels ultra safe. The local host was highly responsive to a few questions sent by text. I highly recommend this property and would welcome the chance to return!

AMAZING

What a fantastic week at such a beautiful home that was absolutely perfect for our family of six. Open concept living and kitchen allowed great family time. Two master suites and two bedrooms on the opposite side allowed everyone their own space at night. Pool was so much fun and great outdoor space with a grill which kept the heat out and fast and easy clean up. Great community- nice and quiet with easy access to interstate for day trips. We will definitely stay again next trip to Arizona ♥️

February Stay

Enjoyed the location of Goodyear and some really nice trails right next to the property. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. We just couldn't get the outdoor fireplace to work which would have been nice during the evenings. The management company were very responsive and came out right away to attempt to light the fireplace but couldn't get it working. I would stay here again as it had plenty of room, bathrooms, showers and a well stocked kitchen.

Great Home

We really enjoyed the home. Very clean, great location, outside paradise, well equipped with all needs. Property manager was easy to communicate with. They did notify us the day of our arrival the outside fireplace was not working and would be fixed, but it was not fixed during our stay. The nights were cool and we would have enjoyed it, but everything else was great. Truly extremely clean and well maintained home.

Siena at Estrella is a spacious, well-designed home that worked very well for our group of 8 guests. The layout is excellent, with two primary suites and large guest rooms offering both privacy and comfortable shared living. The kitchen, great room, and dining areas are ideal for groups, and the location is a major highlight—Safeway is close by, walking/hiking trails are just steps away, and Wi-Fi was excellent.There were a few areas where the listing photos did not reflect current functionality. The pool waterfall does not work, and the outdoor fireplace has not worked for some time, despite being shown in photos. The indoor fireplace is also not operational.The fan/light remote in the first primary king bedroom was not working, requiring us to swap batteries from another room. Extra pillows were missing pillowcases, dishwasher pods were limited for a week-long stay, and toilet paper was minimal.The host indicated this was the first time the heat had been turned on since installation, which triggered alarms and strong odors, requiring ventilation. We were also told the AC was fine, but one condenser continued blowing cold air for hours even when thermostats were off. The ice maker worked sporadically.Overall, the home is comfortable and well suited for 6–8 guests, and the host was responsive. With minor maintenance and updated photos, this would be an excellent stay.

We lived our home away from home!! It was very clean and close to a grocery store and a few fast food places. The pool and hot tub were amazing. My only complaint would be the water heater temp was set very low and couldn’t take a very hot shower

The home was beautiful and the stay was wonderful. If you are planning to stay here during the summer months, please note that they ask you to leave the thermostat at 78 during your stay. That is not noted in the listing. Communication with host was excellent though and we loved our stay.
