Wonderful Stay at Casa Evergreen

My wife and I spent a wonderful two weeks at Casa Evergreen in Mesa. The condo was in excellent condition and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we enjoyed many walks with our dog in the area. The property manager was very helpful with all of our questions, and the check-in & check-out processes were very smooth and easy. We couldn't have been happier with our stay, and the next time we are in Mesa we will certainly book another stay at this property.

Nice House

Everything about our stay was great. One thing that I may have been misleading and I probably didn't read close enough was the hot tub. I thought it was a private hot tub, but it's really the community hot tub, which is a short walk away and was unfortunately unavailable due to a maintenace issue at the time of our stay.

Great Visit!

We had a great visit to the Mesa area for Cubs Spring training. The location was convenient and the property had everything we needed. It was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Only downside was parking space was tight and neighbors would park too close to our space making it tough to get in and out.

Perfect fit for a small family

The home is beautiful and was very comfortable for my family of 4. My sons enjoyed the putting green and having their own rooms. Highly recommend the home. Very spacious and the cleanliness was amazing. The location was great with Starbucks and groceries stores right around the corner. Will definitely book again.

Open and Inviting

The property is in very good shape. It is attractive - the kitchen is remarkable. We are an older couple ( 87 & 90) and missed having grab bars in the shower area. I believe it is a safety feature for everyone.

NorthPointe Evergreen

The home is upgraded with lighting, light controls, appliances, and faucets. Light colored walls to make it bright. Nice sized bedrooms. The bathrooms are small especially the master. Not much room between the toilet and shower door.Disappointment in the parking area. Two parking places. One is under a covering and one is not. Tight parking spaces especially when all the tenants are home and a pickup truck. There is no advertisement or picture of the outside of the house nor parking area.When retiring for bed, there is not enough outlet space to plug in electrictronics or sleep machines.Loved the master shower, refrigerator and stockings of essentials. The kitchen faucet was a little challenging in trying to use.FANTASTIC place to stay and I would stay here again.

Questionable Neighborhood

The cottage itself is older but updated. Homes are very close together. The neighborhood is not one that we felt comfortable with driving a luxury vehicle. We stood out like a sore thumb. There were several people outside who stopped and stared at us as we drove in who made us feel unsafe. We decided not to take the chance of our car being broken into or worse. We did not stay at the property and we have not been refunded any monies. Very deceptive VRBO listing.
