The perfect getaway for families or large groups looking to relax! This beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath modern home in Old Town Scottsdale features a pool table and an open floor plan so you are never away from the action. The backyard is large and features a generously sized covered patio, BBQ grill, cornhole, outdoor seating, lounge chairs, artificial grass, and a heated pool! Other amenities include WiFi, cable TV, and more. Located in a prime area about a mile away from the center of Old Town Scottsdale, and the MLB Spring Training facilities, there are plenty of great restaurants, bars, hiking, shopping, and golf courses nearby.

Home away from home!

We loved our stay! Great location and easy to get to places. Spent most of our time by the pool when we were at the house. House was perfect for our family of 5!

Nice layout

This place had plenty of room for us. Unfortunately the weather was too cold to enjoy the pool and outside area. I would say that the pool needs a new cover though. Other than that I would recommend staying here.

Beautiful home, great location, perfect for groups!

This house exceeded my expectations! The size, layout and decor are better than pictured. It was perfect for our group of 11. We all slept comfortably and there was plenty of space to enjoy together. There was enough seating for everyone both inside and outside, so no one felt crammed or left out. The house was well stocked with everything we needed from floaties to pool towels, shower towels and kitchen utensils. Location is also great, we took uber/Lyft to Old Town numerous times, costing only about $6 one way. If you need to restock the fridge there is also a convenience store within walking distance with plenty of beer, wine and snacks, and a Frys grocery store just a bit farther down the street. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Outstanding Get-Away

Wow! What a wonderful experience. This was a first for the four of us (staying in a private home rather than hotels) and I can't imagine anywhere else that could have matched the comfort of this home. From floor plan to furnishings to the extras (billiard table and BBQ), this place has it all. The home is well maintained, clean and comfortable. If I had to highlight one negative it would have to be the rain-shower head in the Master Bathroom, but that's a personal preference not a complaint. We are making plans to return to Scottsdale next year and hopefully to this specific rental. Thanks so much Jake and Tami for a hassle-free vacation stay; we'll see you next year.
