A Must Stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Mesa! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The house was spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The backyard was a favorite spot. It was the perfect setting to unwind and reconnect as a family. The pool, basketball, and pickleball courts are highly accessible and you can walk to them from the house. One of the best parts was the location. It’s perfectly situated for exploring so much of what Arizona has to offer. Whether we were heading into Phoenix, up to Sedona, or out to little day-trip gems, everything felt easy and within reach. We made some truly special memories here and are so grateful for the opportunity to experience such a warm, welcoming space. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located, family-friendly getaway! Also! Has a garage so your car doesn't bake in the Arizona sun ;)

Peaceful functional spot

My family and I stayed in Cozy Jerome, Mesa AZ over thanksgiving. It was a perfect spot. The house was clean, well appointed, even had a desk area and handy printer. The beds were great, always important. The neighborhood itself is very quiet. The development had great common facilities, pool, hot tub, (although too cold to use them in Nov) tennis courts, several playgrounds for the kids. Lovely to just walk around. Megan was very helpful and accommodation. Always respond quickly to any question. I would highly recommend ITrip and working with Megan.

Nice place. The thermostat kinda had a mind of its own and the alarm box beeped all the time. Much better and cheaper than any good hotel room in the area.

Winter Hideout

Just returned from spending 2 wonderful weeks at this location! Great location with easy access to major freeways. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. We would stay again!
