Paradise Awaits! Enjoy sunshine rays and the spacious house and yard overlooking the pool and the Mountains in the Preserve. Entire house recently renovated. All the niceties you need to feel at home includes 2 smart TVs, coffee, spices. 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Includes family room with kitchenette. Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood with quick access to hiking, biking, freeways and restaurants. 15-20 minutes to airport, Scottsdale, downtown & out of town.
