Paradise

Everything about this trip exceeded our expectations. The management company was very thorough and friendly. They worked with us on an early arrival and late checkout. They gave us a tour of the entire property, which is extensive because the home is huge and has every amenity one could ever want. We will definitely look to stay here again should we come back to AZ.

The Fun House

Our grandkids have labeled this the fun house saying it’s the best house ever. We rent houses at the beach in the summer & in the Phoenix valley in October every year to gather family since we have 2 adult children on the east coast and 5 in the valley. The cousins love getting together!! The pickle ball court and the pool were the major hits. The adults loved the outside seating with tvs for sports games. Plenty of space inside and out for eating although we never used the dining room except for those needing to work while here. Beautiful house & grounds; the gardener needs to take better care of the outside plants. As an unprofessional gardener myself, it was sad to see plants dying for lack of water. I’m sure the dried foliage hinders the pool care takers too. The management team was very responsive to any concerns. The Scottsdale ordinances create limitations on number of people that we don’t experience at the beach houses in SC. We never generate noise concerns in spite of our large number of people.

Awesome outdoor oasis

This property worked perfectly for family and friends to stay at for a wedding located nearby. We had 16 people and everyone had plenty of room! One of the two car garages is converted into a bunk room, bathroom, and bonus room that worked perfectly for the groomsmen to stay in. Everyone loved the pool and pickleball court. The putting green was also a hit. Plenty of beach towels, kitchen was stocked well. One recommendation I would tell the host is it would be nice to have some runner rugs inside going from the back patio to the powder bathroom because that is the bathroom you use from coming outside and the floors got wet and slippery inside. Would definitely stay here again!

Immaculate home and accommodations

We had an amazing experience. The house met every expectation. The host was very quick to responding and answering questions. The property management communicated with us and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. I was so impressed with the communication between us and the property management. We had one Appliance stop working and within an hour. They had their maintenance crew there and fix the problem. I also strongly recommend the grocery delivery service the management offers. It was so nice to have all our groceries put away and in the refrigerator. It was worth every penny for the fee. We can’t wait to go back to this beautiful home.

We had an absolutely incredible 3-day stay at the Paradise Castle in Arizona — this home truly lives up to its name and beyond! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt like we had stepped into our own private resort.The house itself is stunning — spacious, comfortable, and packed with endless entertainment options. We loved the game room (ping pong, foosball, pop-a-shot, and arcade games), the pool table, and the custom wet bar. The outdoor space was our favorite — the heated pool and spa were perfect, the putting green and pickleball court kept us active, and the backyard setup with the grill, firepit, and covered dining area was the ideal place to enjoy Arizona sunsets.Inside, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the massive granite island became our gathering spot. Every bedroom was comfortable, the smart TVs and games kept us entertained, and the spa room with sauna and cold plunge was such a unique bonus.What really stood out, though, was the level of service. The hosts and their team were amazing — responsive, professional, and truly made us feel like valued guests. The attention to detail here rivals a 5-star resort, and the concierge-style touches made our stay smooth and stress-free.This home has it all — whether you want to relax by the pool, play games, or enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony, you won’t run out of things to do. It’s the perfect spot for families or groups

Terrible Experience: Hostile Management and Unsanitary Conditions

Upon arrival, we were met by an irate and hostile property manager. From the outset, she repeatedly accused us of planning a party, incessantly stressing the presence of security. Her aggressive attitude made our stay extremely awkward and uncomfortable. The entire property was covered in pigeon poop, and the laundry room's washer and dryer both smelled like mildew. As a result, all of our clothes and towels had the same rotten water and mildew odor. Our repeated offers to pay for a later checkout were blatantly ignored. To make matters worse, we left our Dyson hair dryer at the property and we have been unable to retrieve it. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and we will definitely not be returning to this property.
