Old Town Scottsdale! Beautiful, inviting 2 bedroom single level townhome offered in amazing, convenient Scottsdale location. A stones throw from parks, restaurants, shopping, freeway. This home offers two large master suites, warm comfortable decor, remodeled kitchen and a majestic backyard garden oasis. Home offers a bright, open floorpan, perfect for entertaining. Also featuring, wood flooring throughout, plantation shutters, granite countertops, with large breakfast bar, large bedrooms, remodeled bathrooms and in unit laundry room. Relax and unwind on the lush, PRIVATE patio, perfect for coffee mornings. Feel free to grab some fresh lemons from the abundant lemon tree while you're out there! 2 private parking spaces and beautiful community grounds. Great pool area - perfect for relaxing and lounging, but not heated.

Zen decor and great location

Host was great -VEBO was Terrible

The host of this property was fantastic. We had good communication. VRBO‘s site was terrible. I had another property booked which they canceled, and when it came time to check in, VRBO‘s system told me I had no access to that information. Luckily, the owner was wonderful to work with, was very informative, and so helpful. We stayed at her property and it was great despite VRBO.

In Normal TImes

In normal times, I would return to Colette's place in a heartbeat. The photos posted are spot on. It is a beautiful property. We relaxed in the gorgeous patio and enjoyed the bounty of its lemon tree. We had to prepare a meal every night and found her kitchen to be well-appointed and easy to use. The one exception was the coffee maker which filthy and full of grounds when we arrived. We had to clean it in order to use it. The location is ideal; close to Salt River Fields, golf courses, and the Xeriscape Garden, a wonderful walking trail. We were disappointed that Colette was unwilling to negotiate rebooking or alter her cancellation policy in these troubled times. It was one factor in our decision to travel when we should have stayed home.
