Terrific location, easy check in, very clean resident
Arroyo Verde is one of our favorite places to stay in Scottsdale! Close to downtown, access to major streets, shopping, dining, but away from all the traffic and noise. Close and quiet community, pool and tennis court were rarely used by residents, plus great walking and biking paths for easy access. Homes all have nice layouts, plenty of room for all.

Location along green belt and canal is perfect. Additionally in a quiet neighborhood just a couple blocks from main roads - Hayden and McDonald.
So convenient to access Old town Scottsdale, Fashion Square and Kierland Commons, and central to Paradise Valley golf courses.
Lori is thorough and so helpful in assuring we knew the check in process and all details were clearly communicated.
Seamless and transparent.
We had a Great Stay and highly recommend any property with Lori !

Great stay.
Unit was perfect for us, and has a really good floor plan. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool most days too. Location was close to golf, hiking and wonderful walking trails along canal and green belt. Scottsdale has several great golf courses, and we were able to golf every day over a couple of weeks. Would stay here again
