Private access to private room with queen size bed along with private bathroom inside the bedroom. Great quiet neighborhood in Palm Valley Community in Goodyear, AZ. Close to shopping, restraunts, and bars.

Guests can call me with questions or concerns. This is mainly a self checkin and checkout with access code. Guests will be mostly on their own. Totally private stay.

The room was perfect for my needs. The bed was very comfortable and the linens very soft. Everything was clean and so well maintained, it was like new.
Sleeping space includes an overhead fan, AC, and TV.
Well equipped private batroom.

Spring training

This property was perfect for us. Came to see baseball and a few days of sightseeing easy access to the ballparks and many restaurants. The room was immaculate and the area was a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive to an of our needs!!

Nice Neighborhood and Clean
