An Oasis in the Desert!

What a great home base for our spring break trip to the Phoenix area! It was like staying at our own little mini resort. We opted to have the pool heated which ended up being a saving grace because the weather was unusually cool for March. The home is well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the outdoor areas. We loved the close proximity to great restaurants after a day of fun under the Arizona sun. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to other families! (Our children are eight and 10 for reference.)

Fantastic Month In Scottsdale!

This oasis is all we hoped for... and more. The pricurtes represent this home and yard well. The location is quiet and private while just a short walk to the wonderful Kierland restaurants and shops. All our family, ages 10 to 95 years, enjoyed a beautiful time. Communication with Victor, from check in to departure, was quick, pleasant, and effective. You won't regret booking and staying in this secluded, yet, convenient, retreat. It earned a "10" rating!

Golf weekend

Great location

Scottsdale bliss

Here with my ballerina daughter who was taking an intensive closeby at The Master Ballet Academy. Perfect location as 4 minute drive b/f to ballet, near groceries, restaurants etc. Great chillin in the shaded and very private backyard pool area. All in all could not have asked for better

Memorial Day weekend stay

It was our 3rd time staying at this property. Each has been a great experience. Very good location close to restaurants, shopping and an easy drive to old town. Property is very livable and well kept.

Relaxing time in Keirland

This is a charming, eclectic property in a residential area within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants in the North Scottsdale quarter. The house is well-equipped and the owner is exceptionally responsive should you need anything. We'd recommend having the pool heated as it was a little chilly but it is probably perfect in the summer heat!

Wonderful Home in great location!

The home was just wonderful. Absolutely immaculate, completely remodeled and in a great central location. Pool areas was perfect for morning lounging or afternoon swimming. Would highly recommend! Victor was great with communication.

Desert oasis

Has a great time at the property. On vacation with my teenage kids. The house is very private at the end of the street. The pool and backyard were great for relaxing, swimming/sunbathing. Great access to shopping, dining and golf. House was very clean and comfortable and perfect for us. Victor was very responsive and great to work with. Would stay again!

Perfect location and perfect getaway!

We stayed two weeks for a winter getaway. This location was perfect for us. Close to golf, dining, and shopping. A quiet home at the end of the street with an easy walk to the Scottsdale Quarter and the Kierland Commons. So close to Safeway and Whole Foods for your grocery needs. The home was clean and immaculate. The pool and backyard area was perfect for those sunny warm spring days. Victor was a terrific host and was always available for assistance. We needed help with the Roku as we were not familiar with how to use it and he was so helpful. Highly recommend!

Father-Son golf trip

Incredible property for a golf trip to the North Scottsdale area, or any trip. All of the best courses were close by and there is no shortage of things to do. After a tough day on the course, this property is a welcoming home to return to, and the backyard and pool are an oasis! Ownership is on top of everything and is readily available if any help is needed. A solid 10 out of 10 in every respect!!

Spring Training

This was a great house for us and our adult children to stay while we were in AZ for Spring Training. The space was perfect for relaxing together, enjoying pool time and several game competitions outside! It was very quiet being at the end of the street and without neighbors on one side. The house is conveniently located with Trader Joe’s and Press coffee just a few minutes away and plenty of other shopping and eating options nearby. We would definitely stay here again with 2-3 other couples and younger children would love it!

Cubs stay

The house was great my family and I loved the pool and outdoor activities. We chose to hear the pool with it being Feb. and it was perfect temp The house was clean I just wish there were more towels for the pool etc. as we did not bring any we had to use our shower towels. We had a fabulous time thank you !!

Great back yard and location

Lovely back yard and pool. Enjoyed the ping pong and corn hole. Quiet neighborhood and great location near hiking, restaurants. Look/listen for the love birds that are nesting in a palm tree nearby.

A lovely Scottsdale oasis

We loved our weeklong stay at this home. Very well appointed, modern, stylish, and comfortable. It was a perfect fit for a family of 6, (preteens, parents, and grandparents) including a very spacious outdoor area equipped with ping pong, cornhole, pool basketball, seating area, and more… not to mention the awesome pool. We enjoyed all of it, thanks to the spectacular weather! Inside, the appliances are all updated, with a smart tv in every bedroom. The location is great- at the end of a quiet, dead end street; we enjoyed daily walks to Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter for great shopping & restaurants. Victor, the owner, was a delight to communicate with- very prompt and accommodating. All 3 generations said the place felt like home. Will definitely look to rebook here the next time we vacation in Scottsdale. Thanks Victor!

Great girls getaway

We absolutely loved our stay and the house. Our group was four girls looking to hike, eat/drink, enjoy warm weather, shop, and have a spa day. The house was perfect. We all had our own beds. The common areas were great areas for conversation. The neighborhood was perfect for morning walks. The pool and backyard were just the best for wine and swim and hanging out. Our overall impression was the house was so incredibly clean which made it so comfortable. We had some minor issues during our stay but Viktor was so easy to communicate with and fixed them right away. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Perfect Retreat

Great place for a Girl's Weekend!

Loved a weekend by the pool with several friends. The pool was extremely clean and backyard/ patio had plenty of shade, plants, and space. The interior was spotless with the beds being very comfortable. The location and neighborhood in north Scottsdale was safe, quiet and not far from restaurants and main roads. Would highly recommend!

Great location, great home

I lived in Phoenix for 8 years, and we were back to visit family. This house was in a great location to hop on the 101 or 51 if you needed to get different places. Plus it was very close to some of the nice restaurants and stores in Scottsdale. I have 2 toddlers and this house was perfect for our family, very nicely upkept and loved the pool and the easy access to apps (like Disney plus). Highly recommend

Luxury Stay

We were lacking for nothing in this house! Pool towels, appliances, all smart TV’s, even reverse osmosis’s water in the kitchen! Would highly recommend to anyone!
