Private covered and lighted dedicated carport parking by the door. The balcony patio overlooks a large grass greenbelt. The kitchen has been completely upgraded with a stainless steel kitchen appliance suite, beautiful granite countertops, and custom roll-out shelves installed in the cabinets. The master bedroom features a new king mattress as well as a large walk-in closet. Over-sized Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime in the living room with expanded cable television, Internet, and WIFI all included. Laundry room with the washer and dryer located INSIDE the unit. All utilities are included. Dedicated computer workstation with printer. The floors throughout are a beautiful wood laminate and a decorative Italian tile entryway. The condo features a new air conditioner, a microwave, a dishwasher, an ice maker, a garbage disposal, as well as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and juicer. This is a very friendly and safe community with on-site management. There are always activities in the clubhouse including pool parties and movies in the clubhouse theater with popcorn. The Grand features four champion golf courses, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, an indoor pool, outdoor resort and lap swimming pools, a computer center with classes, art studios, pool tables, a poker room, and more. The Grand Village Center with fireplaces and a waterfall stream feature is a great place to listen to live music and meet friends. The location on the edge of town allows you easy access to the 303 freeway, and is located within a few miles of the Spring Training Surprise Stadium and The White Tank Mountains Regional Park for hiking. This is the most affordable place to stay in The Grand. I make sure my cleaning crew does an excellent job making this place hotel clean for you, so please No Smoking and No Pets.
