I thought the room in this place was great. Breakfast buffet needed some help. I got there right at six and quite a few of the juices were empty loop. Parking is the worst part of this place. Only about 10-14 spots in front of the hotel and the other was a parking garage over half block away. Didn’t feel the safest parking there since I had to walk there in the dark.

Parking was an issue for us. Although you had a parking garage, it was hard for my husband to walk from there. Also, restaurants were far enough away that we had to drive and lose our parking spot. On the positive side, the staff was great, the room was nice, and the breakfast fare was good as well. Thank you

Breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. The shower was not good - the water was lukewarm, the floor of the shower was slippery. The parking structure was half a block away and was scary - dark, unkept and looked like it was falling apart. I was shocked at the parking. And a cool shower sucks.

Hot/cold water was opposite of temp arrows on the handle. Staff was rude. Parking was around the block. Only about 20 parking spaces were in the front of the hotel. Did not achieve expectations as with other HIE. Usually these hotels are always quite consistent with quality. I do not recommend spending money at this particular hotel in downtown phoenix.
