Indulge in this relaxing luxury condo retreat in North Central Phoenix close to everything the city has to offer. Settle in this newly remodeled 2 Bed/2 Bath space with beautiful travertine floors and tile throughout. The oversized primary bedroom comes with a king-sized bed with West Elm bedding, 50" TV, dresser, desk, walk-in closet and glass shower. The guest bedroom is complete with a queen bed plus Pottery Barn bedding, dresser in closet and direct access to the expanded patio. The stylish living area offers plenty of seating, another 50" smart TV, gorgeous quartz-tiled fireplace, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional sleep accommodations. The open-concept living room allows for an elegant dining space and full kitchen, great for cooking and entertaining. Choose from 3 pools and spas plus a BBQ area. The neighborhood is fantastic and very walkable. There is the Aunt Chilada's Mexican restaurant right across the street plus an easy hiking trail just behind the complex. Walk the neighborhood or get in the car for trendy shops and restaurants in North Central Phoenix and the Biltmore Fashion Mall nearby. Or hop on the I-51 just a minute away and conveniently get anywhere in town!

For our 7 night stay, we hit the jackpot with this condo. For our needs it was the perfect place. #1 it's easy to get: to/from airport, to Scottsdale, to downtown, to Flagstaff (stayed a night there). #2 it's a quiet neighborhood, nicely landscaped, beautiful views, excellent for taking walks. #3 it has modern interior, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and furniture, kitchen equipped with everything one would need. #4 attentive host form pre-reservation, to booking, to check-out.

Clean Condo in quiet & good location. Kitchen well appointed, #1 bedroom & bath spacious, recently renovated, Condo includes reserved covered parking space. #2 Bedroom small & bath very small. TV streaming only service (no access to local or national sports / news w/o your own subscription). With condo on ground floor on busy walk way, challenging to open blinds w/o everyone looking in when passing by.

This townhouse property was located in west phoenix. The unit was very clean and it had all the supplies that you needed. It had been renovated in a contemporary style The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook.The townhouse is a bit farther west than we had previously stayed while in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area but it was close to the #51 highway. It took approximately 20-25 minutes to get to downtown Scottsdale.There was a Sprouts grocery, gas station and pharmacy 5 minutes away by car. There are several restaurants close by as well The host Chris was great re communication

Family Christmas gift

Our 3 boys are in their twenties and have “everything.” Therefore a trip to a sunny, warm location was perfect so they could golf, disc golf, hike and see the sites. We were centrally located so most everything was only 20 minutes away.

I recently stayed at Chris’s vrbo rental and I have to say, I was blown away! The location was top-notch, with the convention center 12 minutes away and a lovely restaurant within walking distance. The bed was super comfortable, and the decor was absolutely beautiful. It was clear that the host had put a lot of thought into every detail, from the cozy throw blankets to the fully stocked kitchen. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this Vrbo for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient vacation rental.

Incredible Property! A Perfect Stay! Highly Recommend!

What an incredible host and property! We stayed there for 5 nights and were so impressed with the location, layout, cleanliness and pool and hot tub! Everything we needed was provided and there was excellent communication with the host. Definitely would recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable and charming condo to stay in for some rest and relaxation. 5 stars!

We enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient location with easy access to restaurants, shopping and hiking. The condo overall was clean and cozy. The beds are very comfortable. Our only issue is we would have liked a larger second/guest bedroom and bathroom. They are very tight.

Great Location

We loved the condo, just as advertised. We had everything we needed. This condo is in a great location, close to many wonderful restaurants and the freeway system. It is in a quiet area and the complex was clean and kept up. The host was very responsive to questions throughout the rental process and during our stay. Convenient and very well equipped 2 BR condo

This condo had a very well-equipped kitchen with a generous number of dishes, pots and pans, utensils and all the appliances you could want, plus a wine cooler. There were plenty of towels, 2 large TV's, 2 comfortable beds and a sofabed. The master bedroom was spacious with a large walk-in closet and bathroom. There were two outdoor BBQ's a few steps away from the front door. Our 5-day stay was very comfortable.
