Child/infant friendly

Good location a block from a park, had child high chair and pack & play available. Could have used a better cleaning and there was only a curtain on the master bathroom, no door, kind of odd.

Great Location, Fantastic Amenities, Wonderful Service!

The Casa Coronado was the ideal location for my family’s recent trip to Phoenix! Close to the airport, close to the Convention Center, as well as the fantastic downtown restaurant scene, close to Camelback hiking trails, as well as many other attractions that Arizona has to offer! The house itself is clean, updated with modern appliances and filled with lots of Southwest charm. Fully stocked with basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash), as well as cold bottled water and complimentary coffee pods. Many of our adventures started bright and early, but we took advantage of one relaxed morning to sip our coffee on the lovely back patio in the warm sunshine. The neighborhood was quiet, and while we admittedly weren’t “home” very often, it was a wonderful, comfortable place to clean up and crash each night. To top it all off, Ric was very professional and attentive, often responding to my emails immediately and offering great local suggestions. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in Phoenix that I am happy to recommend!

Visited for a week of golf

Smart unit that is really close to the airport, freeways and downtown. Whoever renovated this house, did a terrific job of maximizing the space for comfort and efficiency. We loved the fire pit out back as well.

Elegant, Spacious & Centrally Located House

We regularly road trip from Texas to California and decided to stay for 3 nights at the SW Modern Coronado Casa. The house was perfect and the amenities, decor and thoughtful touches created a wonderful experience. * Upscale appliances (along with supplied laundry detergent, dryer sheets and dishwashing detergent) * Ample filtered drinking water * Fully stocked kitchen * Comfortable beds and linens * High end toiletries * Plenty of closet space, drawers and hangers (even kids hangers!) I had to work remote during our stay and felt like I was at home with their desk set up. The house is centrally located, which made it easy to venture out to restaurants, grocery stores and other activities (zoo! old town! pie snob!) Noise was never an issue unless a helicopter was flying overhead, which did happen at least 1x a day. Otherwise, the unit was private and quiet. We had a slight hiccup at check in that was resolved within 5 minutes. The owners were responsive and friendly and made sure we had a very safe, relaxing and well-cared for visit.

Nice 2 bedroom spot

This property is a great 2 bedroom house that is quite comfortable. Very clean, newly decorated, well stocked with whatever you need. Nice sitting area in back with a natural gas fire pit. Not much to offer in the neighborhood for walk to dining or shopping, but the location is convenient to get anywhere. Only 10 minutes from airport and downtown.

Great for family

This property was perfect for our family of 5, including 3 young boys. They declared the backyard was amazing and they loved the house. The beds were comfortable, water pressure in the shower was great, and the kitchen was well stocked. Ric responded promptly to all messages. We would definitely stay here again.

Super clean, beds were very comfortable, well supplied kitchen, super quiet neighborhood and 10 minutes to the airport. The house is centrally located. Only 15 minutes to the zoo, old Town Scottsdale, Botancial Gardens and other sites. To the west about 20 minutes is Westgate Entertainment District and Cerreta Candy Factory. Best part is the donut shop right around the corner (5 minute walk).....best donuts I have ever had. Great coffee too. Grocery store is a mile away and a few authentic mexican restaurants also within 1/2 mile of the house. We have rented a lot of homes over the years through VRBO. This house rates right at the top!! Appreciated how responsive the owner was. Even checked in with us after we were here for a day. That doesn’t happen much.
