First experience

We were in town for a family wedding and debated getting a hotel vs a house. I have never stayed at a house before so I was skeptical especially because I’m a clean person and needed a place that was immaculate. My husband convinced me since we were a group of 9 so we could all be together. I’m so glad he did. This house was amazing! Exactly as pictured and as described. Above all, it was super clean! I loved the master bathroom! The furniture, the decor, the updated kitchen, floors everything looked new and was just perfect. The beds were very comfy and there were plenty of extra linens and towels. It had everything we needed and communication with the managing team was seamless. Check in and out was easy.. A couple of suggestions for the team: Bunk room was downstairs away from the 4 other bedroom upstairs so my young one didn’t want to sleep there. Also it needs blinds and a fan. Due to these, the room didn’t get used at all. Ping pong table in the garage was too hot to play.There was no keurig, steamer and weighing scale. The traditional coffee pot was fine tho. Since we came for a wedding, we could have used a steamer for the suits and we also needed to weigh our luggage at the end of the trip. These were just little things which didn’t hinder our experience but did want to mention for future guests. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood with stores nearby, it was fully equipped and had tons of fun things for us to do. Will definitely recommend and stay here again!

This home is beautiful, clean and well stocked! The house looks just like the pictures. The only bedroom that has a dresser is the master bedroom, hard to unpack in the other bedrooms.We had great communication with the property manager until the day before Thanksgiving. The garage disposal kept backing up so we called them that morning and they said they would send someone out. No one ever came, so we went out and bought an auger and fixed it ourselves. The location cannot be beat, it’s close to everything you could possibly want.
